Fantastic location with breakfast included and nice coffee and tea options in the room. Great bathroom with body wash and lotion plus slippers. Sparkling water in the room. Gym was OK. Gotta go down and up and back down to find it… smallish pool with nice sauna…

El hotel está nuevo, impecablemente limpio, es pequeño, solo tiene un restaurante que en la noche se convierte en Italiano, el bufete está muy completo en el desayuno, lo único que no me gustó es que por ser caro no deberían de limitar las cosas, nosotros estuvimos una semana y ya que faltaban tres días para irnos ya no nos ponían cartuchos para café, faltando un día para irnos ya no teníamos clinex y teníamos que pedir algo que al limpiar tenían que estar al pendiente porque el hotel no es barato

From the early checkin to attentive staff, to the beautiful interior, this hotel is 5 star material. I couldn't be more pleased with my stay here and the rates were excellent. The only issues were the shower pressure was a little low and the room temperature was warm and couldn't be lowered. The pool was wonderful and the included breakfast is superlative and lovely. Overall, a wonderful classy, elegant hotel in a great location.

The historical hotel and its luxury.
I wanted to stay in hotel since I saw Fortunes of War by Olivia Manning on the BBC. The Palace Hotel is next to the old Romanian Royal Palace or now the Palace of Culture. They completely rebuilt this hotel and the level of luxury is great. Their breakfasts were great, fresh produce and lots of good food. I wish they included yogurt in the menu, but they did not.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Bucharest. Excellent rooms/bed/bathroom with a luxurious feeling. Comfortable beds. Didn’t try the pool but did try the gym. Staff speaks English. Lots of international travelers.. Strongly recommended

This was an unexpected treat, staff couldn’t do enough for us, they were friendly and attentive. The hotel was immaculate and had wonderful dining. A lovely outdoor area and hymn and swim facilities. Perfectly located for old and new town.

Very modern 5 star accommodation in the heart of Bucharest. Good dining options nearby. Rooms are spacious with king size bed with comfortable mattress. Complimentary drinking water (daily 2 bottles per room). Small balcony with one chair. Very good toilet with shower cubicle and all necessary toiletries of good standard. Breakfast standard with good choice of fruits, pastries,etc. Staff are friendly and helpful. Could not fault anything during our one week stay. Highly recommended.
