My stay in Hotel Cişmigui was great from start to finish. The staff at reception were all very welcoming. I was very impressed with my room. It was spacious and had great facilities including a walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The room overlooked the main road but traffic noise did not disturb my sleep. The dining area for breakfast was located on the 6th floor was also really good. Good variety of fresh food and drink available. Fantastic view from the balcony area. Hotel Cişmigui will be my first choice when I next visit this amazing city.

Every thing was perfect exept the quality of the beds. Too narow and too soft. I had to sleep on the couch.

Chose to stay here for the fourth time as the facilities are great and within walking distance of all the local hotspots. The staff are friendly and attentive dealing with issues quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to stay here again on next visit 😊

Comfortable stay
Hotel was lovely, breakfast area was nicest I've experienced. The room was quite warm and thermastat didn't seem to adjust. Slight smell in the bathroom drains but not too bad. Toilet roll was not replaced once used. Room was really clean and tidy. Comfy bed and nice pillows. Would stay again

A lovely Bucharest stay
Our three night stay in the Deluxe suite was excellent, the room, service and facilities couldnt be faulted. I have no hesitation in recommending ataying here.

Nice stay for 3 days. Check in was a little bit of a hassle, but Tony saved the day. His counterpart not so much. Wish I have his name because he caused a ding on my staff rating. Room was really nice and roomy. The bed was a bit soft and squeaky, but we had a nice stay. Would stay there again

This my 2nd time at this location and my decision I took is to go somewhere else. This place changed but not in a good sense of the word. Still quite clean but the staff is arrogant at the most, so I found that it’s better not to ask for something or ask any questions. My decision for change is done

Spacious and comfy, centrally located
The apartment sized rooms were amazing and very spacious. Beds comfy too. Main issues were: lack of replacement of clean teacups and teabags; hot water in shower was not very hot; cleaning of room was so-so and our bathroom door handle was broken and when we flagged it they said they would fix it but it never got fixed. Location is excellent but just a bit more attention to detail would be good.

What a wonderful location in an area being rejuvenated. From the moment of entry, the feel is welcoming and relaxed. The scent in the air when entering the foyer was very pleasant. The front staff were pleasant and efficient. Our suite was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant food was amazing and the breakfast more then sufficient. Our dinner server, RAYA, was incredibly pleasant, ensuring our every need was met. He was noted to be a very hard worker as well. We loved our stay!

Lovely hotel one of my favorites. Great staff, spacious rooms and lovely breakfast. I will be returning again at Christmas. I stay here at least 3 times a year when I visit Romania. Love this hotel!

Hotel is nice and the rooms are big. Breakfast buffet room is lovely but the options food are more limited than other hotels we visitâtes in Romania. It gets quite noisy at night (partying on the street) if you want to sleep with the windows open. The guests in the room next to ours were also slamming doors constantly and yelling well past 2:30am (the doors are very noisy if you don’t hold them when they close). The apartments are definitely not soundproof. (we did not contact the overnight hotel staff about this issue)

Hotel was very clean but it is on a very busy street and with windows open - which was necessary at this time of year - it was extremely loud. Staff were fine but not very friendly or helpful. We wanted to check out just 1 hr late as that was when we needed to go the airport and they would not accommodate it, even for one room, and were not helpful. The hotel was fine but not amazing in any way.
