Dear Sharan,Throughout the year, there are days when we have several tourists arriving in an organized group, who usually have a joint activity schedule. Unfortunately, in this case, a large number of guests arrive at hotel in the same time. In the future we are thinking of implementing other solutions to ease the traffic on group days.

Wonderful location--close to transportation. Hotel was quiet, clean, delicious breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location - right next to the metro station and around the corner from the mainline train station (where the airport train goes from). The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was fairly standard. The overall price was good. The only downside was that that aircon unit in the room wasn't very effective and it was 27° on the days we stayed so it meant the room was a bit too warm for us.

The hotel needs refurbishment, we arrived there after midnight, the room was cold, the heater in the room didn't work. The girl at the front desk offered us a heater, which was broke too. She said she doesn't have any spare rooms to change it for us, but only has apartments. As a good customer service, she should have changed it even for an apartment to accomodate us, we only had to sleep for a few hours and check out. I would not return there.

As it is very difficult for us to change the appearance of the building, we place the greatest emphasis on the quality of service provided by our team. Our hotel has a centralized air conditioning system that works on heating or cooling (not simultaneously) depending on the season. Thus, the room thermostats can adjust the temperature: warmer/less warm when the air conditioning works on warm air, or cooler/less cold when the air conditioning works on cold air. In this time when during the day is worm and during the night is cold we try to keep a adequate temperature in the rooms. We are sorry for the unpleasant experience during your stay with us.Thank you for your understanding in this matter

The best hotel experience in Europe
Great hotel experience. Beautiful spacious room, good shower, highly convenient to bucharest as metro is just a short walk from hotel. Dining room open for all meals . Was very comfortable and pleasant , one of the best experiences of hotels after a 3 months holiday!

Super good stay
I had a really good stay at this hotel. Everything was very good. I came to hotel after 23:00 and check-in was fast. The room was clean every day and they even changed towels every day even if it's written they will change it every second day. Breakfast was so good they have so much food you can really choose among a different foods.

The room was nice for it’s class. It was clean, new and modern. Location is 30 seconds walk to the metro line. At night, I didn’t feel safe walking. So I took a taxi coming back. We booked into the property because the buses that go to Ukraine from Bucharest are 50 meters away from the hotel. It was a good stay and good price

The room was on the 8th floor and there was a constant noise coming from either the elevator or AC units on the top floor. The quality of the mattress was absolutely appalling. Staff were friendly but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired

I enjoyed my stay at MyContinental. The hotel is located within walking distance from the Northern Railway station and subway station. The room was spacious and bright. Breakfast was included in my stay and the hotel offered a wide variety of options. They also had soy milk for lactose intolerant customers. There is one thing I wish the hotel added to the room and that is a tea kettle. However, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again. Multumesc!

Good location near the metro. The family suits are big, with 2 rooms. We had another reaervations , total of 4 rooms. We got the kids room far away at 7 th floor, and when we asked at the desk, they couldnt help us. After 1 day, anothe desk manager help us with changing the room. He was very helpful.

Questionable area
The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable but the area is questionable. There are lots of sex shops in the area. It's around the corner from the train station. The reason I chose it as I had an early plane to catch and wanted to take the train there. But since I didn't feel safe. I went by Bolt instead. But for the price the hotel it self was good.

The general experience is soso level. The good point is the hotel location near to where i need to go in last period, and have option room. some lady in reception is in good communication to do their job, thats good part. not like man with long face The shortcoming is : 1. Not flexible for document invoice, other hotel can make one invoice during my stay, this hotel cannot. only care payment in advance, payment is not problem totally for me. 2. The breakfast is soso, didnt make my feel good in the morning. the bacon, sausage after i taste, i never want to have it, even for free, i dont want to take 1 slice. 3. the service attitude of lady there is not good for meal, seemed i owe

Hotel is located about 5 minutes near Gara De Nord Train Station. Breakfast was great with a wide selection. Receptionist was friendly and best of all they have a large lobby for you to rest before heading out for late night train.
