Nice place close to Marta

Pros: Convenient to Lenox and other shops within walking distabce
Cons: Have a blow dryer that works.
Location: Marta at Brookhaven next door. Kroger and many shops nearby. Lenox is almost within walking distance.
Much cleaner and nicer than one other Extended Stay Inn I frequent. Front desk staff was not available when I checked out. You can hear Marta til about 11pm.

A nice hotel close to everything!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the extended stay Buckhead Atlanta, Ga. The staff was very nice , courteous, helpful and friendly.

Saw three roaches in my room within 2 hours of check in. I checked out after one night and cancelled the rest of the nights.

Not up to mark. Had a very good impression about extended stay before. This one completely let me down. Will skip extended stay in future.

Refugee from hurricane Irma , Marco island!the staff bent over backward to help us!! Mrs tedva?? Was superior on sept 7th into 8th along with Reginald!! Can't praise them enough!

Bad refund policy

Pros: I'm sure the hotel was fine, but as I said, I didn't actually go there.
Cons: See above. The ridiculous refund policy (which Expedia blamed on the hotel and the hotel blamed on Expedia) is enough to turn me off using either co.
I had to end a trip for personal reasons. I called to cancel two days before my check-in date, and Expedia wouldn't let me cancel. Or get a refund minus a convenience fee. Maybe it was in the small print somewhere, but I ended up paying for them to rent me a room for two nights when I was actually IN ANOTHER PART OF THE COUNTRY. I'm telling everyone I know to AVOID EXPEDIA.

good location, poor amenities

Hotel is at a good location, has a 24 hour mega grocery store 2 minutes away. A McDonald is across hotel for a quick meal. Unfortunately, hotel does not have ICE MACHINE. Hotel has in room suites with Stove, refrigerator but is not supplied unless you request it. Make sure you request in advance as they have limited supplies. I found that to be unacceptable. Hotel supposedly provided free morning coffee, NO EFFORT to set it up! Don't have any expectations.
