Enjoyed my stay. It's right next to the Marta, great restaurants in the location, and is worthy of being used as a last minute, one night stay, or a week long visit.

Location great in Brookhaven, next to MARTA

Pros: Great staff member for check in.
Room nice but no lobby. Breakfast is coffee and breakfast bars only.

It’s fine. Just fine

We had a slight reservation problem that was super frustrating. I called on our drive down and spoke to someone to let them know we wouldn’t make it by midnight for checkin. They said it was all set pulled us right up on the computer and confirmed we were good. When we arrived at 1:15am we couldn’t check in because the computer was running an audit. 10 minutes. Ok. No big deal. Then when it finished they still couldn’t find us. My 4 children slept on the lobby floor for 45 minutes while they searched for a reservation that was easy to find earlier that day. The man at the desk was nice though. The hotel is fine. It’s not fancy. It’s not cool. It was clean, conveniently located, felt safe, and it was a place to crash with the bonus of a fridge and stove top.

How many things can go wrong in one visit?

Pros: The staff was polite.
Cons: If you read my story, maybe you may figure out how come so many things went wrong when I badly needed some sleep and rest.
Location: It was too early in the morning. I didn't know what's around. Yes, there is a McDonald nearby.
I booked the hotel from Expedia. I was charged when I booked -- the amount is on my credit card statement. I arrived at 4am, hoping to sleep for 3 hours before attend a meeting. When I walked in, no one was at the front desk. I waited for more than 30 minutes when the staff came -- his boss asked him to do laundry at night. He asked me to pay - full amount and $35 more than Expedia price. I showed him my itinerary but he could not honor the price and asked me to pay and get refund from the manager at day time. I was not sure whether I paid online so I paid. I went to the room but that old door key card doesn't work. I went down and the staff was gone again. When he came back, he made a new key. I went to the room and found that non-smoking room smells. I decided to ignore it but realized that the dates on the receipt were wrong. He put the next two days there, but 4am should be still part of the previous day. I explained to him and he agreed to change, but asked me to pay another $20 since Friday's rate is higher. So many things together was too much for me. I asked the staff whether we can cancel the deal. He was nice enough to cancel it and refund me right away. After I left, I called Expedia only finding that I had been charged for the stay when I booked! I had to go back again and let the Expedia talk to the hotel staff and finally everything was cancelled. It was about 6:20 in the morning already, and I finally were back to the street, only got rid of this burden.

Unprofessional customer service , they took 20 min to do my check in lady in front desk seemed to not care very loud noise coming from fridge and hotel smells like weed specially in the elevators Never coming back neither recommend to anyone

No bad at all.

We made a reservation for king bed but when we got there isn’t king bed available. It was awful! So they move us for a room with two queen bed. The room was smelling a pet and the hangers in the hot tube has a sludge. But otherwise is a good hotel and a good location.

Nice place close to Marta

Pros: Convenient to Lenox and other shops within walking distabce
Cons: Have a blow dryer that works.
Location: Marta at Brookhaven next door. Kroger and many shops nearby. Lenox is almost within walking distance.
Much cleaner and nicer than one other Extended Stay Inn I frequent. Front desk staff was not available when I checked out. You can hear Marta til about 11pm.

It was worst of any hotel I have been to and never will again make a mistake of using Expedia' s guest rating system to book any accommodations

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the extended stay Buckhead Atlanta, Ga. The staff was very nice , courteous, helpful and friendly.
