Nice location, helpful staff, not clean!

Pros: Hotel staff was warm and friendly
Cons: The room cleanliness needs improvement
Location: The location is excellent!
Please keep in mind that I arrived late and tired so didn't request a room change. My room smelled mildewy and had a wet stain on the carpet about 24inches in diameter. The desk was also sticky to the touch. I checked out a day early. The hotel staff was apologetic and took 20% off my bill.

Rundown and dirty

This hotel was in the rich part of town so I expected an excellent hotel. However it was rundown and dirty. The room was clean though but the rest was not. The pool was absolutely disgusting and dirty so we could not use it. A couple of the staff members were rude, one complaining about her schedule very loudly in lobby and another rude to my son trying to buy food. The breakfast was excellent and those staff members were awesome!!

Great Hotel

Pros: Reserved the Suite with King Bed. Surprised with a second bathroom in the Suite. It was perfect for our needs.
Perfect Accommodations, close to Marta Service, shopping & restaurants. Very Friendly Staff!

Tiny rooms . Restrooms as if ur in a cruise ..

Hotel was not clean. Stinky room and dirty carpet. Room smelled like clorox upon entry .. elevators slow and dirty. Staff careless

Very Nice

This is a nice place. Good breakfast, clean room, nice larger flat screen with a desk. My only complaint is no plug ins between the beds for phones,etc. All the plugs are by the tv.

air conditioner did not work well the first couple days until i changed to another room. I found a big cockroach in my room and informed the front desk they changed me to another room right away. overall very good customer service.

I always stay at the Holiday Inn Express on Sidney Marcus Blvd whenever I visit Atlanta. They never let me down and the service and the rooms are always A1. Thanks again.
