Nice location, helpful staff, not clean!

Pros: Hotel staff was warm and friendly
Cons: The room cleanliness needs improvement
Location: The location is excellent!
Please keep in mind that I arrived late and tired so didn't request a room change. My room smelled mildewy and had a wet stain on the carpet about 24inches in diameter. The desk was also sticky to the touch. I checked out a day early. The hotel staff was apologetic and took 20% off my bill.

Rundown and dirty

This hotel was in the rich part of town so I expected an excellent hotel. However it was rundown and dirty. The room was clean though but the rest was not. The pool was absolutely disgusting and dirty so we could not use it. A couple of the staff members were rude, one complaining about her schedule very loudly in lobby and another rude to my son trying to buy food. The breakfast was excellent and those staff members were awesome!!

Great Hotel

Pros: Reserved the Suite with King Bed. Surprised with a second bathroom in the Suite. It was perfect for our needs.
Perfect Accommodations, close to Marta Service, shopping & restaurants. Very Friendly Staff!

Great Location

Pros: The location was great. Close to everything in Buckhead and beyond.
Cons: The walls were paper thin. It's a little dated. The carpets and decor could be a little more modern.
Location: Lenox Square Mall, Midtown, Decatur, I-85, 400 all close by. Plenty of stuff to do close by and lots of great shopping and restaurant choices.
Overall a decent experience. Just wish some of the other customers were quiet. I stayed on the third floor and could hear people talking on the terrace most of the night and people talking loud in the hall at 2am. Its vacation season, so I guess that's expected. Other than that it was okay, and pretty secure. I can say my room was comfortable and quaint. The breakfast was decent and the staff were cordial. Would I stay here again? Maybe. I have been to better hotels in the area and overall had a better experience.

Birthday stay

I would recommend your stay here it's was better than expected. Hotel was so clean everyone was very friendly no complaints excellent!

Tiny rooms . Restrooms as if ur in a cruise ..

Hotel was not clean. Stinky room and dirty carpet. Room smelled like clorox upon entry .. elevators slow and dirty. Staff careless
