Dishes were not clean in the club lounge. Overall, my stay was pleasing.

great stay at the Westin!

Pros: location, quiet rooms, close to shopping.
Cons: communication between expedia and the westin.
Location: Shopping and restaurants!
The staff at the Westin really came through for us as even though we were confirmed with expedia., it wasn't communicated to the hotel. they were very helpful and even upgraded us to the club access, which was really nice of them.

I had the beat experience therez Staffs are very friendly and helpful so many different ways. This hotel is always my go to hotel. Can’t complain about this place.

Weekend retreat for a concert. Very friendly staff. Conviently located next to Lennox mall.

Close to shops

I stay at Starwood hotels most of the time. This one was not the best Westin Ive been to but was still comfortable.

The worst

My experience was horrible!!!!! From the time of check in My stay started off bad. Young panhandlers asked me for money as I checked into my room! The staff member that checked me in was unprofessional and made several errors during process!!! Staff memeber did not apologize for the panhandlers! My sheets wear dirty and asked to have them changed multiple times! Sheets continued to be dirty so went out and bought my own during stay!!! Lastly I had an accident in the hotel and it was handled very pourly!! The issue is still unresolved and nothing has been done by the hotel to make the negative situation right!!!!!

Not worth the expense

Pros: The room and lobby were awesome. The Palm restaurant was also very good. The bar staff were also excellent.
Cons: The front counter desk needs to be empowered to insure customer satisfaction.
Location: This is mostly a business district. It is next to Lenox Square mall.
My experience was not good because the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and didn't really seem concerned that there were big problems. I arrived at 5 to get checked in for an event and found about 20 people in line in front of me. 3 clerks were working the desk. In the end, I waited 45 minutes in line to be told that my room wasn't clean and ready to go. It was 6:30 before I got into the room. They were not even all that willing to offer anything for the inconvenience. Ultimately, I got free parking for my night out of the deal and saved that 39 bucks once I insisted that a manager to get involved. The hotel is very nice, the location is great and problems are going to happen. Such is life. The irritation to me is that when something happened in a higher end hotel, no one really seemed to care.

Very nice hotel

This was a very nice place to stay while in ATL. It has a luxurious esthetic with the grand staircase in the lobby, a courteous staff, nicely decorated rooms with comfortable king sized beds, a great location- close to two malls, restaurants, movie theaters, a Marta station within walking distance, good food at the Palms restaurant in the lobby (@ both breakfast and dinner). I would definitely stay here again.
