I've stayed at many W properties and this one disappointed me. Ac didn't work well and hotel wasn't what I expected.

I liked the room

Valet is $38 a night. You don't find out until you get there. Well I didn't. Bed was ok. I stayed at the hyatt and there's were better they also had every channel and wifi was free. At The W you have to pay for everything.

Valet parking at our property is optional and is $38 per vehicle, per night. We recommend valet because it provides an extra level of convenience and safety for our guests however there is no obligation to use this service. When you choose valet you are paying for your vehicle to be stored in a secured private parking lot.

We had a great experience there ! Nicolas was working at the desk! He was great, friendly helpful! I felt like he was family.

Nice Hotel

Bed was very comfortable. They lacked in TV channel selections no HBO,Showtime or Starz. This was a factor for me because it rained most of my trip. Overall staff was attentive and accommodating.

2nd Chance Stay....THERE WILL BE NO 3rd!

Upon my arrival to the W on this past Monday 7/31, I along with other guest checking in were greeted by large noisy groups standing outside both sides of the hotels main entry Smoking and Drinking?!? This pattern continued during my entire stay at all times of the day/evening...morning was the only absence! I took it upon myself to point this obvious eyesore/nuisance out numerous times to hotel staff. This stay(7/31-8/2/17) was my 2nd stay at this same W in Buckhead Atlanta, it will truly be my last!!! Room service has not improved and has become much worst since my previous visit. It literally took close to 6 hrs, 4 request, 1 in which I had to walk down to the front desk to get a coffee pot & condiments delivered to my room!!!! The only perk I encountered was with 2 Front Desk Clerks, they were amazing throughout my stay and during all the hassle...In my opinion, they are the best representation of that Hotel!

I did not like this hotel and I will never stay here again. I've stayed in W hotels that were much better than this one.

You can party at Whiskey Blue (our rooftop lounge), layout at our WET Deck (pool overlooking Atlanta's iconic Peachtree Street, and enjoy access to world-class shopping at Lenox Mall, Phips Plaza and the Buckhead Atlanta shopping district.
