Best part of the hotel was the excellent receptionist who were on duty that evening of the 16th--(sorry I can't recal either's name) . She tired very hard to find my points proving that I am a diamond customer. She was so pleasant about it. Unfortunately I will have to call the company to rectified the problem. Both receptionist were great--they went out of thier way to fine us an alternative activity when they found out our balloon excurtion was cancelled. They were always so friendly and helpful. Really represented Hampton Inn and Suites very, very well!
Water was always hot for tea!
