Nice/Clean/Quiet Hotel

The rooms were clean, the pool was clean and we liked the picnic area.

Owner didn't allow any guest to come in at all and tried to charge me for having them over

The Hotel itself was ok. I got luck to be in Austin during the spring break so didn't have to deal with traffic. The only thing I'd like to point it out is that there was this noise, super annoying all night long that I think it came from generator or something.

WATCH YOUR EVERY MOVE

Nice place, but I OVERPAID due to being in a hurry (Hotels.com's fault)... and be prepared TO HAVE YOUR EVERY MOVE WATCHED. The owner kept bugging me, don't smoke here, there, close door, and charged a $50 deposit for not declaring a pet. I had no problems with it but thought it was declared appararently I did not understand (deaf) and was exhausted. Just wanted to decompress!! But having to put my short haired Chihuahua with broken thumb/nail, in car, made it hard to rest. Struggled 2 hours to get WiFi working - they had to set router. OTHERWISE decent place.

We try to maintain a safe environment at our hotel, so that includes nightly walks around the perimeter. We also know that many of our guests do not smoke, so in order to accommodate them we have areas of our hotel that we prefer to have our guests smoke at. We also do not allow pets, so unfortunately there is a charge for any pet. We are sorry for any miscommunication that there may have been between us. We are also sorry to hear that you had a hard time resting; one of our goals that we regularly achieve is providing our guests with a safe and comfortable stay! The internet usually has really good connection and speed, so we are surprised to see that you struggled with it for 2 hours. We hope to see you again, and prove to you that we can correct any miscommunication and mistakes we may have had. Thank you

Everything was good just wish they had more variety for breakfast they only had muffins cereal and oatmeal but other than that it was perfect
