Great location but lousy customer service

As far as the locality and the accommodation itself was great and very convenient to move around either by walking or the Metro. It would have been an otherwise fantastic stay if not for some unfulfilled promise by the customer service on 2 issues. Firstly, upon checking in, we were promised a cabinet to place our luggage on departure date after check out while waiting to go to the train station in the evening. She told us that the cleaning lady will clear the cabinet (it was full of housekeeping stuff) for us prior. On the check out day, we had to clear the cabinet ourselves and put all the stuff in the studio apartment. Just for the record, the cleaning lady never showed up at all throughout our 4 days 3 nights stay there. Secondly, we had some trouble trying to operate the available washing machine. So we requested for assistance, we were told on the 2nd day, the cleaning lady is not working, so it would have to be done on the 3rd day. Until check out, the was no assistance rendered despite repeated SMS and calls (all went unanswered except for the initial communication). Definitely a let down in terms of customer service - once payment is made, be prepared to be on your own - no assistance is forth coming.
