Good location. Unassuming looking hotel but within walking distance to most places and a variety of public transport options 5 mins away. Staff were excellent, room was fine.

Overall the continental hotel offers a great location for those wanting to visit the city. Unfortunately the outdoor swimming pool was closed, but the indoor was open. The roof top was somewhat lacking seating, which made it difficult to use. The rooms are a little tired and the air con was more of a fan. The rooms are hot, and opening a window leads to street noise and dustbins being emptied in the early hours. Breakfast was really the saving grace, offering a huge amount of choice. Again overall it was okay, but I’d look elsewhere if we come back in the future. Great location, but tired.

Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Budapest. Just back from a 10 night stay at this hotel to celebrate our ruby wedding. 3rd time we have stayed here. Love it, wonderful history and decor, so beautiful. Great area, great position for exploring. Stay as long as you can in Budapest its a great city.
