Business stay August 2017

Posted Aug 23, 2017
Hotel seemed stuck in the 70's , room air con almost non existent , lift was a lottery so gave up and walked 12 floors. Quick bus link to Budapest centre was the highlight.

Very outdated, has mold in the bathroom

Posted Jul 17, 2017
I would not recommend staying in this hotel. Very poor conditions, the TV is from the dinosaur era and car washes have higher quality towels. The soap dispenser, shampoo, and body wash comes in an all-in-one bottle. We also made two phone calls(albeit international), only one of which connected and went to voicemail, and were charged 1.50€. The front desk was pleasant and salvaged some of the experience. It's a 10 minute walk away from a bunch of food places and around 40 minutes away from most other attractions. Parking is 10€ per night. If you're on a budget and/or a student you could stay here, but if you have the money you should splurge a bit more and enjoy this beautiful city in a bit more luxury.

Convenient location

Posted Jul 1, 2017
Pros: Friendly staff and good location
A comfortable stay with a good selection of foods for breakfast. Hotel is in a convenient place just out of the city (Buda side). The tram,(which then connects to the metro getting you to the city in 10 minutes), bus and cog railway are all on the doorstep. 2 good restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

Bit Outdated

Posted Jun 4, 2017
Pros: View was good, very handy for the tram and cog railway
Cons: Air conditioning
Location: Plenty of shops and public transport close by
Staff were nice enough but the air-con is appalling, the room key fob is ridiculously heavy and there are no sockets to charge your devices, unless you sacrifice the tv or the fridge!
