Good position near the metro, room was clean and reasonably well furnished. Was told we were given an upgrade when we checked in, would not have wanted to stay in a more basic room. Good value for money though.

Good hotel

The hotel location is very convenient - 4 min from Metro. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Personal was very professional and helpful.

Connected room

I called and sent an email to the hotel and asked them before a month to have 2 connected rooms But when I reached in reception desk they said we are sorry

Awful bathroom. Particularly the small shower. Otherwise this hotel does the job. Good value for money and free wifi and parking is a bonus. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

You need to ask for a renovated room here. The standard rooms are shabby, burn holes in the stained carpets, and not any decor at all. Pay the extra price or wait until all rooms are renovated

One of worst 'name' hotels I've ever stayed at

Had to make last second reservation. Room was tiny, dirty and smelly. Carpets in hallway and room was stained. This is truly a horrible hotel - maybe 2 stars by Hungary standards. I paid north of $170 for 1 night. It should have been ~ $49. Additionally advertised as on Castle Hill but not even close. At the bottom of the hill on the dangerous side. Be warned. Go elsewhere (Dr Brian Gibbs, Princeton, NJ)

Great location

Pros: The location to the different sites.
Location: It was near restaurants as well as Fisherman's Bastion, Matthias Church, Buda Castle and a great view of the other side of the river
The hotel was near everything but out of the way. The room was clean and quiet. There were lots of shops and restaurants just a short walk away as well as near some of the main sites of the city. The hotel staff were helpful with getting to the different sites as well as suggestions about what to do.
