Despite several calls to the property itself in regards to handicap needs and sleeping needs, both prior to and after booking the room. At checkn in they could only accommodate either the handicap needs or sleeping needs but not both. The manager at check in just kept saying he was sorry but did nothing to make sure of adult wouldn't have to sleep on the floor. Didn't even offer us an additional room to accommodate us. When i asked about booking another room he quoted me full price. I couldn't book it online to save because it was after midnight that we checked in. Absolutely ridiculous!
The house keeping gentleman on duty was more concerned about our issues than the front desk manager Chris. He came to our room twice bringing us extra sheets, blankets, pillows, matress pads anything that might make the floor more comfortable. If my daughter wasn't in so much pain from the long drive i would have tried to find another hotel. She's bedbound for 4 years and this was her trip and outing since. It waa for a funeral of a sibling so she was willing to suffer to go. I told the hotel staff i spoke to prior to checking in all of my concerns and needs. The fact that Chris could care less about a grown adult having to sleep on the floor is completely absurd. Never again
