SAD EXPERIENCE

Pros: NOTHING!
Cons: EVERYTHING! Cleanliness, to customer-service.
Location: Too bad it was Buena Park, a tourist attraction! Even with GPS, it was difficult to find it immediately, with poor SIGNAGE.
I cam in with the Front Desk understaffed, and guests were queuing in line for various concerns, and when my turn came up as the staff member was half-way through finishing up my checking in; another guest just had to cut-in and spoke in their local dialect/ own Hispanic language; and he switched post to attend to his concerns, and surprisingly made me wait for another period of time. I was surprised as he prioritized this guest that just came from nowhere. Then we went up to our room, as we requested for a easy access/disabled room; which was positioned, with so many turns, way-way back away from the elevator. I wouldn't know how someone with a cane/walker/wheel-chair would manage to walk through the entire distance from the elevator to the room. DISABLED Guests BEWARE! Then the next day, as we were preparing to check-out, we heard a knock that suddenly opened the door, with all of us getting dressed. Only to find out that it was Housekeeping. I do understand that things like these may happen, but I guess management may need to do in-service training regularly to all members of their servicing crew, and focus on customer-oriented priorities of politeness, respect, and possibly empathy on how they 'd want to be treated if they were guests in other hotels.

Nice hotel close to freeway

Pros: beds were comfortable.
Cons: carpet,fix the bathrooms
Location: howie's gameshack nice restaurants
The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable but it was beat-up there were holes in bathroom exhaust fan was not working carpet smelled. Breakfast was ok.

No need to power wash the out side of my room 2 days in a roe and i learned a lesson if i see any damage to my room before hand no matter how small report it becausr you can be charged for the damage because you didn't report it in the first place and no control on the staff that cleans your room if you ask for a certain time to clean your room they will wait for late after noon early evening to clean your room whitch ment both times I gotten ready to go out .my room therefore wasn't clean but i did talk them in to some clean towels.

Bad service dont care

When i ask for my room to be clean at 1 pm they came by at 5 and once came around 6 pm if it wasn't close to where need to go i lwouldnt stay there again I have seen cigerett holes in the bed sperd before but never said anything one was pointed out to me there for I was charged lesson learned. But the real kicker that made me give a review is they were power washing the front of my room as u was getting ready to check out u waited for them to finish the service barged an demanded me to check out now. I brought this to the management who took me to the supervisor who did even care u was complaining all she said was oh they need to clean the front if the building but what she forgot to say they did the same thing the day before you don't need to powerwash your building everyday at least pretend to care about your customers.

Hotel close to knotts

There were several customers complaining about some different issues. For example some of the customers were complaining because the maintenance person get into the room without knocking the door. Some other customers were complaining about the telephone didn't work in the room We were complaining because for the lack of towels in the room. The lobby was horrible at the checkout time because all what was heard, was complaining

Nice hotel

We were close to Disneyland. About a 15 minute drive. Target nearby if you forgot something.

The room was not messy, they have free Wi-Fi and friendly staff. They also offer free breakfast with purchase of stay! Was overall a good experience.

The floors in room were dirty and turned feet blk

The continental breakfast had two main items cereal/oatmeal the worst continental breakfast ever, the floor in room turned feet black, it also had a homeless problem, the individual freaked out on customers, very frightening.

Saving money by staying a bit away from Disneyland

Pros: Location was odd, being in a shopping center, but loved having the dining choices and Target so close.
Cons: Breakfast was a little scarce - Would have liked to see yogurt and maybe hard boiled eggs, maybe a waffle maker.
Location: Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are close by. Right off freeway, so convenient.
This is a decent hotel for the price. The beds were comfortable. It was an easy drive to Disneyland and saved us money from staying closer.
