We’ve stayed here before and it’s an ok hotel. The pool and hot tub are what bring us there. This visit the bathroom floor was very dirty. There is an old bracket in the wall under the towel bar that is hidden by the hand towels. It is a safety hazard that someone can cut their hand on it. The room heater was very loud when it kicked on. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room.

The staff were amazing! I wasn’t sure but it ended up being perfect! They have breakfast, it’s a good location. It was clean and it was not overly scented with chemicals!

We came to Salida to celebrate my husband's birthday. The indoor hot tub and pool was a favorite of our kids. We must have visited it 6 times during our stay! The complimentary breakfast was also a huge plus! A much needed getaway for our little family. Thank you for your hospitality if we visit again we will definitely stay at Baymont again.

Friendly staff gave us recommendations on restaurants, and facility allows pets with a reasonable pet fee. The only issue I had was the room next to mine had their TV volume way too loud. I will stay here again.

When you have items in the room and you make the room smell of smoke and we find evidence yes you will get charged cause now we cant rent that room out and have to deep clean it for smelling like smoke.

This is our go-to hotel in Salida, CO. Comfortable, clean and convenient to restaurants and skiing at Monarch Mountain. Very competitively priced.

Enjoyed our stay. Great place when traveling with a dog. Free breakfast was a plus. The pool and hot tub were great, but perhaps too much chlorine.

This property has a beautiful setting, by the river with trees and picnic tables. The hotel itself is newer, but showing signs of wear in some areas, like the shower. Breakfast was excellent. The only negative is that our room was not clean, floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed and toilet had a crust around the water line.

The only issues we ran into was the mattress being difficult to sleep on with two people in it. If one person moves the whole thing jostled. The worst part was realizing right before bed that the sheet and extra blanket had stains on them. Everything else went well and the staff was nice.

My room has No shower curtain. No turnover service. Rooms were dirty. Pool was shut down due to causing stinging in a kids eyes so bad they had no choice but to shut it down. Fan vent in bathroom disgusting and full of lint. Hot water issues when I arrived…there was dog crap and cigarettes all over the property. People smoking pot out where the limited space is to walk your dog. It just isn’t worth the price lately

Overall our stay was okay. The only problem was a lack of hot water when we arrived. It did get fixed at some point in the evening but it was inconvenient. The night clerk was helpful and took the situation seriously.

The shower had no water pressure, and not enough hot water. The blinds were translucent and therefore people could see into the room. Had to hang a blanket over the window for privacy.
