The included breakfast is exceptionally good compared to similar hotels-- great variety of options. Pool is well maintained, but the hot tub could be hotter. Great stay!

Quick Trip to the Mountains
We overnighted in BV on a snowy night. We were blessed with super comfy mattresses, a very well-maintained workout room, and a cheerful breakfast crew. We will definitely return!

Our room was clean and everything was in good condition. The refillable water was nice. Breakfast in the morning was good and offered several options. Someone was always cleaning and refilling food so food was always available.

Very disappointed.. my husband and I both tested positive for COVID last night and the facility and Expedia refused to refund us. I guess they would have preferred for us to come and infect staff and guests.

If you need to stay in Buena Vista, this hotel is in great shape has extremely comfortable beds and rooms, and has a really nice stuff! The breakfast also has lots of great food, so you can fuel up for big outdoor days outside
