This is about the 4th time I’ve stayed at this hotel. It is a small hotel that is convenient to a variety of great restaurants and shops. The staff are always friendly and helpful. It feels like home!

When I booked online for Hotel Finisterra in Buenos Aires, the website stated it had “one room left.” It didn’t say where this room was located, but I discovered it was on the second floor, directly over-looking the street. After five nights at Hotel Finisterra, I cannot state emphatically enough that - unless you are completely immune to excessively loud street noise - do not book any rooms at this hotel that face the street. Otherwise, you will be kept up until 4am every morning.

This hotel is in the Las Cañitas district of Palermo, known for the abundance of restaurants. We stayed a total of 3 nights, and enjoyed every minute! Despite the bustling nightlife right outside the front door, the rooms are in the back and silent for a perfect night's sleep. They provide a delicious continental breakfast for a small additional fee. Rooms are airconditioned and tv and wifi provided. Looking forward to returning!

Great little hotel very near the regional AEP airport but still in a nice location with lots of walkable restaurants and cafes. The people working the desk were extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. They offered me a complimentary continental breakfast since my reservation had not included it, which was greatly appreciated since I had to eat quick and get to the airport the next morning.

Friendly staff, not mobility accessible
The front desk staff is very nice, and available to let you in and out of the locked front door 24/7 if you ring the bell. Breakfast was good- a Continental breakfast of cold things, but they will also make you eggs. The room is basic, which is exactly what I paid for and expected. The one important thing to know in advance is that this hotel is not handicapped accessible. There is no elevator and all rooms are up at least one flight of stairs.

Comfortablehotel in the heart of Palermo district
This is a comfortable unassuming hotel in the Palmera district. I describe it as "old school"; the rooms make you feel that you're in your grandmother's home. Entrance is a doorway between two cafes; you'll miss it if you're not looking. Reception staff were friendly and courteous. Be prepared for stairs; I didn't see an elevator. There are loads of cafes, bistros, restaurants, groceries in the surrounding blocks.

Very clean. Staff helpful. Room had defective shower head, and only one glass for 2 people. Breakfast fare seemed like first come first serve as not much left for us although it wasn't end of breakfast period. Neighbourhood requires taxi or transit to visit outside immediate streets because neighbouring areas are not easily walkable.

I was distressed to learn of your dissatisfaction with our breakfast service. It was not included in your reservation but we do provide two options for our guests, served in our Hotel Bar as in our lovely redesigned garden, every day from 7 am to 10 am, one Continental, which includes: Expresso coffee or tea, orange juice, yoghurt and croissants, dips of cheese cream and jam. And another that is Buffet (the one your choose) and includes: Salty and sweet high quality baked goods (bread, rolls, cookies, croissants, - vary daily). Cereals, fresh seasonal fruit, fruit and plain yogurt, butter , jam and marmalade, honey, boiled eggs freshly prepared, cold cuts, cheese plates and fresh vegetables. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and Omelet freshly prepared. Milk, chocolate, expresso coffee freshly prepared, traditional and fruit-flavored teas, herbal teas, juices (orange, apple - vary daily). Both options with full details and prices are published in all reservations webs and our Menu at your full disposal at hotel reception and Bar. Our Bar is meant to be fine service, but even more a casual breakfast experience with excellent service, and great food and coffee. On the other hand, our location is one of the best in Palermo, it is next to some good restaurants and bars, all in easily walkable and safe area. A bus or train stop at 200mt walk , a Subway station at 400mt walk, Palermo Woods - 9 min walk. We always work on trying to improve our service. Small boutique in a hip spot
We arrived late and we booked this as it comes up close to the airport although it’s ten minutes taxi ride. It in a great location for bars and restaurants. We didn’t have breakfast as there’s two great places a short walk away. Lovely garden at the rear and staff/owners so helpful.

I stayed one night at this hotel. Its located near the AEP airport and there are many restaurants close by. Very clean and charming with the outside area covered with plants. I didn’t have breakfast there because I had to leave very early to catch my flight.

248 Finisterra Boutique Hotel is a delightful place to stay in Buenos Aires. The location is very safe and convenient - close to transport with an array of great restaurants in the neighbourhood. The front desk staff were very helpful and it is a handy hotel for the airport. However don't bother with the breakfast. It supposedly started at 7 am, however most of the buffet did not come out until closer to 8 am. We thought it was just a buffet until noticing that other guests were having eggs cooked to order. It took a while to get but we did manage to get our order in. The shocker though was the price for said breakfast. It was 750 pesos (over CAD $15) each which was too much for what was on offer as a dinner costs 500 to 700 pesos per plate. So fine hotel but pass on the breakfast.

Great little hotel in BA
The room was small — no desk or chair. Be aware of that. But the service was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff spoke English well. They helped us negotiate over the phone with tour operators and car services. The neighborhood is charming and safe; full of good restaurants and bars. A small, nice, quiet place to stay.

Boutique Hotel in Buenos Aires.
Small boutique hotel with few amenities, but very comfortable. Wonderful staff willing to do anything for you. Located about a mile from Buenos Aires domestic airport and located in the middle of so many restaurants and shops. Very cute, non-touristy neighborhood.

Perfect for domestic aitport
We chose this hotel as it was located close to the domestic airport. We were very happy with it. The staff were really helpful. The room is small but clean and comfy. It is on a street with lots of restaurant choices. Pretty area. The hotel has a little outside roof terrace which looked lovely- it also has a little bar. We arrived late and left early but we were happy with everything and would stay again. The only issue was a loud air con unit in our room.

Lovely boutique hotel
Brilliant little boutique hotel with friendly/helpful staff in a very cool neighbourhood, and a close walk to near by Soho which has great bars and restaurants. Also very easy to get to the domestic airport. Definitely recommend!

best spot ever
I arrived around midnight. I was well received. my room was clean comfortable and had all the necessary. the restaurants around the hotel were all busy and still open for me to have a meal. the hotel is quaint and tastefully decorated and offered a delicious breakfast.

Short stay but thanks for the warm welcoming. The clerk in the morning was a little too much rude and impatient. Charge 3 dollars for a coffee which is weird, I think, for a small hotel surrounded by millions of restaurants !

Charming boutique hotel
This is a charming little hotel (11 rooms) in a nice and convenient neighborhood (Las Canitas). The room was a bit small but this was compensated by the nice decor and the friendly staff. I would definitely go back there.

Interesteing area, comfortable place
This was exactly what I wanted, a convenient and friendly place near the domestic airport. Service was friendly and efficient, the room was comfortable if not luxurious, and the neighborhood is quite interesting--an upscale location reminiscent of New York's SoHo. There are convenient restaurants nearby and I did not find it a noisy area. I would be quite pleased to stay there again.

Intimate hotel in the heart of restaurant heaven
The hotel is located in Canitas, a vibrant and walkable neighborhood with so many good restaurants, you will need many days to get to them. I had wonderful recommendations from the owners, and the breakfast was quite nice. A very quiet room, especially considering the lively area. I would come back in a heartbeat.

Wonderful place to stay
Incredible little place in the middle of Buenos Aires Palermo area with many restaurantes and pubs, i really nice hotel everybody is really nice and a really good place to stay!

Excellent location
I stayed 2 days with my partner. It was great, near a lot of restaurants, the tub is really small and slippery. Room is small but it is a boutique hotel. Staff was the best.
