This is a boutique hotel (18 rooms -- 2 per floor) in a small high-rise building. The ground floor has a reception area in front and a small lounge in the rear, where guests can pick out their own items for breakfast if they choose to eat there and tally them on an honor system. The staff is young, friendly, and helpful. Their English is adequate (and infinitely better than my negligible Spanish ...). We had an excellent room on an upper floor -- large, well-lit, with contemporary furnishings. Spotlessly clean. Large new bathroom with double Jacuzzi tub plus walk-in shower. One minor annoyance -- the sinks are elegant glass bowls, but the faucets are positioned so high that it's hard not to splash when using them. Located in a busy neighborhood with multiple other hotels. Good access to important areas of Buenos Aires, although some are a long walk, which did not bother us. Distances in BA may prompt use of taxis or buses (if you can figure out the system ...) which are readily available. Several excellent restaurants close by. Would absolutely recommend this hotel if you do not need services of a typically large hotel. It's definitely too small for tour groups.
