The sleeping mats are useless, you end up with a sore back, the cleanliness in the rooms is poor, I don't recommend it, it's a good central location and you can see the obelisk, but otherwise I didn't like it at all, a lot of mosquitoes, I ended up with a lot of bites. staff is average no and they were not so friendly and for staff they are not so friendly some yes but others no

The elevator is extremely loud and my room was right next to it and it wakes you up every time the door opens. The rooms are much smaller than the photos look. The location of the hotel is very good but overall the standard was quite poor and there was no concierge as advertised and there was no laundry service on the weekend

It was a nice place , however my room wasn’t the room I had booked . I was there only for 2 nights and it wasn’t worth changing the room . I had tours and excursions booked and got to hotel only to shower . Staff was great at the reception and helped me to sort out some immigration related paper work , breakfast was decent and my room was very clean .

Very friendly people...very helpful.. They gave me a room with an amazing view... just incredible.. Concierges very professionals and Martin the front desk agent was very good.. as Juan in the restaurant .. Hope be there very soon ..!! Antonio

Room and shower
The only thing about the room the space is limited and the shower area is little and uncomfortable. Besides that everything was great. The location was awesome and the breakfast delicious.

This hotel has the BEST location, it’s right between many attractions, walking distance from restaurants, Puerto Madero, Plaza de Mayo, Calle Corrientes, etc. If you’re lucking enough like me and you get a high floor the view is amazing. I can compare it to Time Square more less.

The room was extremely small. The shower was so tiny that you cannot kneel to get the soap if it dropped. TV was so old and big that took a lot of space from the tiny chest. Location is good but this is tho only advantage of this place.

Perfect location!! Highly recommended !
We loved the location of the hotel, and would definitely stay there again!! It was close to several tourist spots, and very walkable at night. The staff was very helpful, and we were more than pleased with our experience!! All week, we kept saying how lucky we were to have picked THIS hotel in THIS location! Wifi was free, but was a little better in the libby.

Heads up: Getting that great view was fun but you will need to close the curtains to keep the billboard lights from flashing into your room. Also, remember there will be 16 lanes of traffic driving by. I didn't have a problem though. I slept great but thought it was worth mentioning.

Misleading information about the hotel when I booked. No pool or spa.!!! The staff were friendly the location was fabulous. The room was clean but however smelling of stale cigarettes. The linen had cigarette burns . So much for a none smoking room . Throughly disappointing . I was wanting a treat as just finished cancer treatment.

Stolen device, bugs, noisy, nasty place!
Initially they gave me a room which was full of dead bugs and the air condition didn't work. They did change my room which was then clean and air condition worked. But I had an electronic device stolen from my room and was constantly woken up during the middle of the night. The receptionist just blew me off and said there was nothing he could do. Bad experience!!!

Nice hotel with an amazing view of DownTown
The cleaning of the room wasn't very good (no soap added the second day of stay and the glasses of the room weren't washed) The view of the room was amazing 😉. Best view of Downtown and "El Obelisco" of Buenos Aires. Breakfast was good .

Great location and friendly staff!
The rooms are okay: clean and comfortable for Buenos Aires downtown. Those rooms which have better sight (looking at the Obelisco) are slightly bigger but noisy because the avenue is very busy. But the inner rooms are smaller but quiet. The location is an asset and the prize is okay. The breakfast is delicious and you can try many kind of "medialunas" (sort of croissants). The staff is friendly and lively. They can suggest you great place to visit and help you with all you need. Certainly I would come back!

Very mediocre. Rooms are dated and not very clean, staff not very helpful and always borderline rude. The only advantage is the hotel's location and view of the Obelisco. Not worth it.

Great location
The room was very clean the staff was great. But the rooms and the shower is very very small. We visited during spring and the whole hotel is on one central air conditioning unit. So we had to open the windows. I would stay again just new on hot seasons.

Tiny rooms, quite old hotel. no way i will stay again there. The only plus point of this hotel is its location and decent front desk helpful guys who can speak english.

I went to Buenos Aires for leisure , I really enjoyed my stay in the city. I did everything I could. The weather was perfect, for walking and enjoy the green areas and by night go to theatre. I have to go back
