Very dated and beat up rooms

Nice staff and lobby but dated and beat up rooms can't make up for it. Needs remodeling.

Amazing. Very modern and well located. Very spacious rooms. Very quiet and comfortable.

Nice location in Puerto Madero

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was simple and clean. Bathrooms were outdated and had a shower/tub combination instead of a seperare shower and bath. TV was also small with limited channel selections.

Modern and well located

Pros: Size of the hotel room. Hotel design. Bed quality. Customer service.
Cons: Slow wifi. Breakfast could be improved: orange juice, quality of the fruits and service.
Location: Perfect for business in the heart of porto madero. Good place to do jogging.

Location is good but hotel needs improving...

Location: Location is good, across the bridge from Puerto Madero's main restaurant strip.
The hotel is OK but needs urgent upgrading. I had a junior suite and it looks nice but room is not designed for hotel functions. Internet is really really bad. Breakfast is mediocre. Service and location is good.

Beautiful Hotel in Beautiful location

Pros: A good night sleep and dinner at Cabana Las Lilas! Just down the road.
Cons: Only the missing English TV
Location: It is in the Puerto Madera area so there is good shopping and great eats as well as being a short cab ride from the better attractions in Buenos Aires
Only one nite here waiting for a flight back home but very nice place. I would stay here again but for one thing. There is no english FOX, BLOOMBERG OR cnn on the TV. On this trip I stayed in much more remote locations and was able to see Bloomberg etc to keep up with what is going on in the world. I know there are some satellites up there. If your are fluent in Espanyol this place would be hard to beat. The people are great the facility is great, what else can I say. It is almost worth a visit for the view from the balcony!

Spot in BA.

If you come to BA, you must stay here. Great location, better staff (Sebastian at front desk, specially), amazing rooms. Upgrades availables. Ask for Zen Room or Corner Suite. You want to return.
