Localização excelente, confortável, limpo.

Pros: Do atendimento e da prestatividade das pessoas, são ótimos, principalmente o Alexander da recepção e o Sr. Roberto que auxilia com as bagagens.
Cons: O hotel vale o que cobra e compre o que promete, melhorar a internet.
Location: Perto da rua Florida, 3 quadras, perto da Galeria Pacífico, 5 quadras, bons restaurantes por perto, tudo de bom!
Muito boa, voltaria novamente, em 2010 fiquei em um hotel melhor no Ricoleta, más a localização do Loi Suites e o atendimento compensam.

Pros: el personal fue bueno.
Es un hotel caro y las instalaciones nos reflejan lo que cuesta. Es oscuro, y antiguo. además, en nuestro caso no respetaron la reserva.

Old hotel in the center of Buenos Aires

The hotel is old and the rooms are small and some of them still smell like cigarette smoke. It is located in the center of the city and accessible to public transportation.

The times I stayed there, the kitchen staff were accommodating in providing me salt and oil when ever I needed and also I would take breakfast to the room. They change administration and now you can't take any breakfast to the room otherwise you would be charged and also they couldn't provide me the items I needed to cook such as butter. The breakfast was very poor.

We offer buffet breakfast or it could be delivered to the room with an extra cost. Due to the restaurant is close, unfortunately, we are not able to provide ingredients such as butter or oil. Solo para ir cuando no haya otra opcion

No hay wifi en la habitacion. No funcionaba la caja de seguridad. Muchas vueltas para reservar una cochera. Ascensores pequeños y sólo uno va a la cochera. Hay que devolver la llave de la habitacion al salir y solo dan una para todos los huespedes.

Other Loi Suites are nice and well maintained and that's why I choose this one, but it was a huge mistake. it's old and the carpets were dirty. The staff with old shirts and not friendly at all.

Great location!

Very clean, convenient location. The only negative was the weak wifi signal in room.Mattress could have been a bit softer but overall very nice.

Big 2 bedrooms apartment in Retiro

Nice hotel, big and comfortable rooms. We were a couple with 3 children. They gave us a room with 2 bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen. It's close to road Florida at retiro, microcentro (downtown), but if you are planning to go to Palermo Soho or Alto Palermo Shopping or Recoleta, you better try a hotel closer to those areas, because you are 15 minutes in taxi away.

Helpful and friendly staff, great location

In general the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, The hotel needs a general makeover as the rooms were a little tired. The first room we stayed in was quite pleasant however on our second stay the room was much smaller, there was a slight musty smell and the safe was not working. Upon mention of the safe the staff were very quick to offer the use of the safe at the reception area. The linen is in need of replacing as some of the towels were quite tatty and the sheets were showing signs of wear with some small holes appearing. However, in general we were pleased with the hotel and the location. The breakfast was more than adequate and the food fresh and replenished quickly.
