The hotel staff are wonderful and very helpful. The hotel itself was perfect for us. It was very casual and chic. It had all of the amenities we needed. A great dining room for breakfast, lounge areas by the pool and two others inside. The location was perfect for dining and shopping. Very safe area.

Very nice boutique hotel in a beautiful area of the city with many fantastic restaurants and bars. We felt very safe in this area day and night. The staff at the hotel were always near to answer our questions and reserve taxis for us. A lovely lady working at the front desk even showed us how to prepare mate and let us taste it as it is not something we have where we are from. We would definitely stay there again

Very convenient location but thought the hotel was expensive as breakfasts were quite limited and cooked food mediocre ( we were there for 5 night) housekeeping did now fully clean our room one day , bottled water was not complimentary and tea and coffees not filled up each day.

Our breakfast is buffet-style (according to the size of our hotel) and includes options for hot dishes that are prepared according to each guest's taste. Our breakfast is one of the most valued aspects of our hotel by our guests, as can be seen in most of the comments on this platform and others. However, I understand that not everyone has the same expectations. What I am sure of is that our team was always cordial towards you, seeking to fulfill all your requests and trying to make you feel comfortable during your stay. Additionally, inside the rooms there are bottles of water with a sticker indicating the price. Guests can choose to consume them and assume the cost, or they can request a jug of drinking water at Reception, completely free of charge. At no time does the hotel provide misleading information regarding this situation. Finally, in the rooms, there is complimentary coffee and tea along with an electric kettle. These are replenished daily after cleaning the rooms. I apologize if this did not happen in any occasion. Once again, I express my sadness regarding your perception of your stay. At Mine hotel, we constantly strive to offer our guests memorable stays. Generally, our guests reward us with beautiful comments just because of the cordial and helpful attitude we try to maintain daily with each of them, and I know that we have had this same attitude towards you throughout your stay. I regret that it was not enough on this occasion.Kind regards

My husband and I spent 5 days here before a cruise. The room was very small but the location, staff, breakfast and shower made up for it. Wonderful bars and restaurants within walking distance. Ubers are abundant and cheap (<4 dollars) for anywhere in city you want to go. Shopping can be expensive in Palermo but many original designs. Staff will help get transport, recommend bars or restaurants and even helped me find bug spray to prepare for excursion to a ranch. Breakfast is abundant and they will prepare omelet and eggs if requested. Hop a bus close by and very quiet.

The staff, reception, dining and bartenders are all very attentive and accomodating. Rooms are clean and comfortable and fantastic views. Location is perfect for walking to parks and tourist spots. Easy uber drop off and pick up. Food was outstanding - better than a restaurant. Drinks were unique and bartenders were friendly and music vibe was spot on! Pool is perfect for hot days and the view for sunsets and the skyline of Santiage were unmatched! I couldn't ask for a more perfect experience there & would stay there again.

Our stay in January was excellent. It is a small hotel in the heart of Buenos Aires, walkable to fun restaurant and shopping options. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and provide recommendations during our visit. If you enjoy the boutique-style hotels, Mine is a very good deal in Buenos Aires.

I didn’t even get to stay there. I booked through hotels.com months in advance, just selected the wrong month, I.e. one month earlier. Honest mistake, and still with months to go. The hotel did not cancel or refund. Simple courtesy that I’d expect from such a “great” hotel

We wait for you all day until the last moment, even on a high season date, rejecting other reservations. On the other hand, when we receive a reservation, we understand that it has been made for the correct date. Nor did we at any time receive a message from you indicating your error when confirming the reservation or the need to modify the stay. Amazing hotel and helpful staff
We LOVED our stay at this hotel. It's location is great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast options were delicious. But the staff really made this stay amazing for us. They gave us a list of recommended restaurants in the neighborhood and through the city, walked us through a map of Buenos Aires and all the popular spots, gave us a list of the most popular tango shows and made a reservation for us. They helped us set up transportation whenever we went out and were available over WhatsApp if we had an questions. They really went above and beyond in helping us have an amazing stay, even making my husband's dreams come true of attending a soccer game. We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Buenos Aires. Amazing experience.

Great location, staff and breakfast
Absolutely great location for restaurants, bars and shopping in the Palermo Soho. Great staff and delicious breakfast. Design is stylish and lovely but the actual room is basic - nothing wrong about it. But just don't expect a "real" 4-star room. Overall it's comfortable and clean. Our "classic" room also has not much privacy as it looks at the hallways. I'd assume most rooms would have a nice street views. Also, it's far from any subway stations so you'll need to walk very far or call Uber if you'd like to visit other neighbourhoods or tourist landmarks.

This was an excellent hotel choice in Buenos Aires. The staff bent over backwards to be helpful, booking events and dinner reservations for us. The hotel provided a real home environment. The pool and living room area were in an excellent location to relax after a busy day and enjoy a drink. The breakfast was excellent

The customer service was fantastic. The front desk staff couldn't do enough for us. They were kind and totally responsible. Hats off to all.

The hotel is very charming with a casual European type vibe. The room I was in wasn't huge, but it was a comfortable size, nicely furnished and very clean. The breakfast were really good. I did find it funny that they offered Fruit Loops and Coco Puffs. The servers that helped out at breakfast were very pleasant, but a bit overwhelmed keeping up the pace. The front desk was very helpful. They were great about wording airport transportation. Most of the guests seemed to be Americans either going on a cruise, or just coming back from one.

I found this property recommended on Trip Advisor as safe with helpful staff. It was all true! Front desk went out of their way to help me with walkable options and directions. Even though my room faced the street it was quiet. Would highly recommend this property!
