Not a bad place.... clean room...clean bathrooms....comfortable. Breakfast and restaurant were excellent. Sadly there was a slight sewer smell in stairwell the entire stay. Not a deal breaker, but some people would not like it. Management must teach their staff to smile and say hello. Could be a cultural thing, maybe a language thing? Many staff looked grumpy....a smile is universal!

Except location of hotel and staffs in reception, I am not happy with hotel. Why ? Room mentioned as sound proofed, far away from this, windows are not possible to closely fully. Bathroom looks like train compartment, washing hand is sink not possible, so small, all water goes down. In first day, coffee in breakfast room was run out, we got it at the end of our breakfast. Service and quality of hotel is far away from NH hotels in Europe which I experiences positively. Rooms mentioned individually decorated, I haven’t recognized it at all. First of all, property description has to be updated properly as misleading info given. I suggest that hotel responsible need to stay in the room to understand what you serve to your customers. As summary, I don’t suggest this hotel.

El servicio y la atención en recepción fue muy buena, especialmente Antonio y Lara. Nos permitieron dejar la maletas guardadas mientras viajabamos a El Calafate. El desayuno muy variado y con productos de muy buena calidad. Las habitaciones y baño un poco pequeñas pero no fue un problema contando con los demas aspectos positivos del hotel.

Primero reservé una habitación con una cama King o double bed y al entrar al cuarto me tope con unas camas sencillas. Hablo a recepción y me indican que no tienen habitaciones disponobles, cuando fui muy claro con la que necesitaba una cama king o double bed. Segundo la habitación esta al lado del elevador, este elevador fue sacador de lo mas profundo del infierno. Le suena las poleas o cadenas en todo momento y no puedes conciliar el sueño, te imagina llegar despues de un vuelo de 8 horas con atrasos y que castiguen con esa habitación. Creo que deberían de cerrarla. Deberás el elevador creo que el de Towers of Terror en los parque de la florida. Le agradezco al hotel por una estancia tal mala. Solo pude dormir 2 horas y fui de regreso al aeropuerto a una sala vip. Que fue mucho mejor.

Siempre me genera tranquilidad saber que la cadena NH ofrece servicio muy similar en todas sus instalaciones (también fuera de España). Quizás por ello sólo puedo indicar como aspecto negativo que el agua caliente en la ducha no iba bien. Tuve que irme a las 4 de la mañana y, por ello, no puedo juzgar el desayuno o el gimnasio (aspectos importantes de un hotel para mí). Pero el personal fue extremadamente amable y la localización y el precio estupendos y, por ello, mi valoración es muy positiva.

La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno muy completo. El personal de limpieza fue impecable. Sin embargo, la habitación que me dieron (una “superior”) no cumplió con lo prometido: era oscura, sin vista, sin pantuflas ni batas como se anunciaba. La secadora no era la del modelo que muestran y las planchas estaban rotas. En general, buena atención, pero hay detalles importantes que deberían mejorar.
