A Gem in Buenos Aries
First time in Buenos Aries. A great location . . . safe, good groceries for self catering, good restaurants and shopping, and quick access to mass transit for getting to all the major attractions in and around BA. The reception staff . . . Macarena and Alejandra . . . was outstanding. We have experience no better “concierge” services in any hotel, large or small, anywhere in the world. The housekeeping, we might say, was “forgetful” from time to time, but the reception staff always came to the rescue. Five stars and more!

A little lacking on attention to detail but overall it is a great place to stay. Big rooms with balcony's, and cheap to use laundry machines in the hotel. Tons of great restaurants 5 mins walk away. Will stay there again for sure.

This hotel is close to many good restaurants in Palermo in Buenos Aires. Most of the best steak houses are a 15 minute walk away.

pleasant stay in apartment hotel, spacious rooms with microwave and coffee facilities. Probably not quite 4 stars by european or us standards. Receptionist was friendly and helpful .

This was my second stay. This time the room was at the back, so no nice tree lined streetscape off the balcony. However did enjoy the sun and air from the balcony. Facilities - laundry, gym etc good but pool not open, it would be really nice in summer. Cooking facilities good but absolute minimum crockery and cutlery. Staff however were very efficient in providing any requests. As with our first visit the standout for this hotel were the staff. The three receptionists were the best and most helpful I have come across in over 40 years of hotels. Alejandra was outstanding in her genuine willingness to assist us with endless questions and requests for assistance with bookings. Her friendly advice and welcoming nature along with local knowledge made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Her level of customer service was exemplary. We had less interaction with the other receptionists Macarena and Beatriz but they were also outstanding in their warm, friendly and helpful customer service.

Great hotel, great location and great staff!
We had a fantastic stay at Palermo Tower on 3 separate occasions over a 2 week period. Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating. Rooms were more than spacious and clean. Location was perfect! Minor issue with the AC one night but we got a new room the next night.

Lovely location excellent staff
The hotel is situated in the leafy streets of Palermo Hollywood. This is a superb location with close links to the subway railway station and all the parks . The hotel has no bar a small restaurant facility for breakfast and each room comes with its own balcony kitchen facilities and good-sized beds and bathrooms. It is not five-star quality but the three young ladies who run the reception are very helpful and possess a wealth of knowledge about the city. Nothing is too much trouble to ring in advance booking restaurants or checking trips which you have planned or are thinking of planning . When is our is is a beautiful city with lots to see and an excellent base upon which to explore the rest of Argentina . We would not have wanted to have been in a large informal five star hotel in preference. There is only one negative in the hall hotel and that is the noise outside on the street can on occasions become rather noisy. My suggestion would be to take a room at the rear of the property, which is 50% of the rooms .

Outstanding reception staff
Good location near shopping restaurants and transport, quite a trip from the airport. Room comfortable and nice tree covered balcony. Beds and pillows really comfortable and bathroom fine. No tea or coffee. The highlight of this hotel was the wonderful reception staff, especially Alexandra and Macarena who were exceptionally helpful in organising and sorting out travel and trip details. Their friendly and helpful manner made our introduction to Buenos Aires a genuine pleasure. Thanks also to Beatrice.

Second visit on our trip to SAmerica and we are due back there tomorrow, It’s excellent. It has all the facilities we are looking for on our pitstop tour of the country and welcomes this every time we return with the facilities available and the reception staff on duty . I would highly recommend it

Boutique hotel set in Palermo Hollywood
Excellent staff to help you navigate the city and all its attractions Beatriz is exceptional. The hotel and room with its kitchen it is ideally situated to venture and discover the whole of this wonderful city. There is the noise level within the city as it is passing so never sleeps which would probably mean that the rooms on the front of the hotel are noisy It’s a great value accommodation.

Hotel in a nice part of BsAs.
It's well located (near a subway stop), has very helpful staff, and has a stove, with pots and utensils, a small fridge, heating and a/c, a safe.The problems I encountered was that the outdoor (on the balcony) compressor for the heating/a/c unit wouldn't turn off when the unit was not on. There a bit of a noise level that some people would find irritating (footsteps heard from above). The hot water is not steady, and although there's wifi, the signal is very weak (at least on the upper floors). For the price,it's quite decent, and it's situated in a very nice part of town.

I've stayed at this hotel many times, most of my stays have been pleasant but this last one was not. The hotel is going down hill fast. First, the kids that work in the front desk are clueless. One day I left early and I requested they clean my room but came back at 3 pm and it was still undone. The maid came around 6 pm but told her to go away. Next, I asked for a wake up call on my last day and they never did, thank you God for my phone. The worst thing was the mold in the bathroom, it was gross. I asked for another room bur they refused. Not sure I'll be going back. Too bad, it used to be a good hotel.

Nice hotel, had a few issues with bfast
Very nice hotel, front desk staff very nice. I was not informed that breakfast was not included. I dont like surprises like that, when i checked out i was charged 300+ pesos for breakfast for 2. The 2nd day, we did no have bfast.... hours were 8 am bfast, but the guy didnt show up until close to 9, which is inexcuseable!

Palermo Tower es FANTÁSTICO!!
The Palermo neighborhood is the place you want to be if you want outdoor-seating cafes and beautiful tree-lined streets. This hotel is friendly and clean, has a gym and a rooftop terrace. Definitely my first choice next time!:)

Good location
Comfortable stay in this well located hotel. It feels more like an apartment building with very little life in the small lobby. The pool provides an opportunity to get wet, but not much more. Subject to the season, much of the small surrounding area is in shade. Breakfast is limited but different egg types are available with fruit, some pastries and cereal. OK, but limited.

We spent a great night at the Palermo Tower, it was a comfortable and convenient place to spend the night. Especially loved having a kitchenette and being able to cook our own meal.

Pros- Good location. Although needed to take many cabs to see the various parts of the city. Always allow yourself plenty of extra time to get somewhere as traffic is awful at all hours. There's a mall very close by that is very modern. Room was very comfortable and large. Breakfast is additional and is good. Friendly staff. Recommend the free walking tours!! Cons- staff did not tell us when construction was happening in the room next to ours and the shower shut off midway. We asked for a cab at 6am and they ordered one for 630am instead. Very dark area at night.

Interesting Hotel; Overall Positive
Palermo Tower is not a standard hotel. I suppose you would call it a boutique hotel. Positives: Good location in Palermo, incredibly helpful and friendly staff, all staff spoke English, spacious rooms, very comfortable bed. Negatives: No rugs or carpet anywhere - all tile - so every closing door in the halls or person walking around is VERY loud; when we checked in she accidentally sent us to a room that was undergoing a renovation so we had to go back down to get a new room (resolved easily); They do not have any type of dining/room service (you can get breakfast in the morning, but our first morning nobody was there for the first 30 minutes to take our order and we had to leave for a work meeting); They do not stock any drinks (water) or snacks in the room or minibar - you have to ask for water (but they will provide); Furniture/walls/floors are just a little too worn - lots of knicks and scratches, scuffs on walls - doesn't feel totally clean and up to par with a nice hotel. Overall: We did like Palermo Tower in the end and the price and location were right. If you can overlook some amenities and features, it's a good bargain.

Quiet respite in a hectic downtown
We needed a quiet, clean hotel in one of the busiest parts of downtown Buenos Aires-Palermo. The hotel is close to the train station, a great safe shopping area and an easy taxi ride to all the must see tourist venues. Parking is an issue however driving has been an experience I would not recommend.

Great place close to shopping. We had to do an urgent trip and made a late reservations and Carolina from the front desk followed through even with us on the plane. She also arranged our transportation from Ezeiza to the hotel and made everything easy for us and two daughters and grand daughters. The hotel was very comfortable, clean and warm during our winter stay. Breakfast was very good, simple but abundant. Carolina and Beatriz in the morning were exceptional, they went the extra mile every time I needed something. Now I will not consider any other hotel to be in Buenos Aires. This is the best.

Nice hotel with the working distance to the metro
Very nice hotel in the heart of Palermo District with the working distance to the metro and entertainment area. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Alejandra Medina, who were able to guide us through Buenos Aires. Breakfast can be improved as some of the basic items such a ketchup were absent. But overall very nice experience with this hotel.

My partner and I stayed in Palermo Tower for an extended weekend in Buenos Aires. Not only is this hotel beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but it is also in a great location with restaurants, transportation (subway and buses), cafes, bars, nightclubs and shopping centers all within a few blocks. We recommend this hotel wholeheartedly and the next time we find ourselves in Buenos Aires, we are —without question —staying here again. As noted above, the hotel is very well-decorated and very clean. We loved our suite, which came with a king sized bed, small but modern kitchenette, seating area, bathroom, and TONS of storage space. Although we didn't cook during our stay, we did appreciate having a small selection of dishes available. We used them when we ordered take-out or drank wine in our room. Another surprising amenity was the heated floors throughout the suite. Since we visited the city in the winter, we appreciated them more than we initially anticipated. Finally, the staff was amazing. The housekeeping staff always left our room spotless, and the staff members at the reception desk always greeted us with a smile when we entered. They were also incredibly helpful with reserving taxis to the airport and helping us switch rooms toward the end of our stay. They even let us check-in a few hours early into both rooms, which we appreciated immensely.

Palermo Towers was perfect for us!
We loved Palermo Towers as it had everything we needed, was in an awesome location for discovering BA and the staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were in BA for one week with our 3 year old who just loved it and the room was perfect as it had a sofa bed for him to sleep in. There's a fab outlet mall nearby and a full range of eateries! Thank you so much Palermo Towers.

Loved staying here! The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice. The location is right in Palermo where you want to be. Close to the subway too. Only downside was a pipe burst while I was there, but they took care of it right away! Also, there's no bar or anything like that. But they do have a pool on the roof in the summer which is nice.

The hotel is very small, however the rooms are huge. Is located next to a shopping mall and walking distance from good restaurants. The area is safe and anywhere you stay at Buenos Aires you need to take a cab (this is a very good advice).
