Una excelente eleccionPosted Jul 2, 2015 on Hotels

The staff treats you like visiting family. The way a boutique hotel should be. Helpful in every way. If traveling to BA and you don't stay here you will be missing out. Walking distance to almost everything. But we are walkers. If you do take a cab the trips range from 40 to 65 pesos and that is to downtown.

Spacious apartment type boutique hotelPosted Mar 6, 2015 on Hotels
This boutique hotel is newly designed and results from the combo of 2 previous homes. When you enter the room you are apt to pause and say "wow". Ours we a tri-level: Bedroom and full bath on top with the TV (only TV), the lower floor with LR, dining area, toilet, and kitchen (furnished). The middle is the landing area. Floors are cement and the bed is low to the floor but very comfortable. Furniture is tasteful - mostly redecorated or refurbished pieces from the local area. Tastefully done and homey. Slight modern tone. There is no reception desk but a small table staffed with polite, well spoken, and very helpful personnel that drops everything to provide assistance. No restaurant but rooms are provided with guidance on local restaurants, laundry services, cars, guides, etc. Hotel has 2 locked doors to the street to provide additional security. The location is excellent situated walking distance from Recoleta cemetery. A mall is also near by. I would encourage anyone to consider this hotel - particularly families.

Todo excelente! Nos habían asignado una habitación con escalera y al ver que estábamos con dos niños chicos nos cambiaron a una que se adaptó a nuestras necesidades.

Our favorite place in Buenos AiresPosted Feb 18, 2015 on Hotels
This is the second time I stay with my family at the Poetry Building, and once again, we had a remarkable experience. The building and facilities are great, and the staff attention is also top notch. The location, at the heart of Recoleta, is just perfect, and close to most attractions. The only negative point is the lack of breakfast, but since all rooms have a kitchenette and means to prepare coffee and tea (provided), and the bakery next door opens everyday, this is really a minor problem.
