Great Location in Buenos Aires. The maintenance of the Apartment is poor. The change of towels insufficient (once a week) The quality of the linen extremely poor. The property shows signs of deterioration due to humidity with patches of molding in the ceiling and under the door to the balcony. Poor in general! A 2 star property in a 5 star location.

Location is great. The barely not secured wifi works well but... weak security. This apartment (13A) needs love : a fresh repainting (there’s a lot of moisture on the ceiling), new mattresses, fix the hot and cold water for the shower, fix the shower pressure as well, have to pay with coins for the laundry but impossible to find 60 pesos in coins at the stores around the neighbourhood, you have to find a bank (opens 8am-1pm) wait forever and show original ID), ... and the pool is closed, empty, etc, etc. The check-in is at 2pm, not at 8am as advertised. The check-out is before 9am. Good luck is you have a late flight to catch. Glad that I didn’t spend much time in this apartment. I survived but ... In other words, there’s plenty of other places you can rent instead of This one. Buena suerte !

Group of studios, some good, some not so good
I have rented from this group before, as there are groups of apartments they own and rent out. Some are better maintained then others. This one (13A) was really worn. The safe was locked and not useable. There were also AC and plumbing issues, something I had not run into with other units. The staff, which is great, is only available M-F 8-4:30, and Sat AM. Other than that, there is no-one to help with issues in the units.

Small studios to stay in Buenos Aires
This group that owns lots of studios in 3 buildings, so there are also residents in the buildings also. The buildings are newer, so not as quiet as older buildings. Pluses - Modern, balconies, pool, Recoleta location, easy to get to transit (or walk). Adequate kitchenettes. Minus - Have to get the key at one location only (this added $100 pesos to the taxi ride to add a stop). Also no one is available after hours if you have AC or other issues (or in my case, safe was locked and wouldn't open). The apartments only have a bed, tv and kitchen table...no sofas or easy chairs to sit in. OK for short stays, but on longer stays, gets a bit uncomfortable. Some units are well maintained, and others are not I have used this company several times and each time was different. Maid service is weekly ( which I like, but some like the daily service). I know other places offered a second towel and cleaning for an additional fee. Some of the buildings have awful WIFI, and others are good. Once again for a long stay it can be challenging. The staff that I dealt with are excellent, and not reflective of the negatives of the management. The buildings all of 24 hour doorman or security, and have elevators (I have stayed in some without elevators in the past).

In the heart of BA
Prime location in Buenos Aires as the Recoleta area is easily accessible and within walking distance of many sightseeing opportunities. The studio apartment was small, but really functional and the building's security guards are fountains of local knowledge. Definitely will stay there again!

We arrived day late because of flight delays.only security guy at reception if you can call it a reception.no English .rude .just thrust a piece of paper at us a friendly resident old us it meant we had to go 6 blocks away and pick up key for room never heard of this happening else where.i am 72 yrs old m partner is 60 .o at 9pm at night we struggled down streets.found place and discovered it was another apartment that administered the other one .THIS WAS BOOKED ON EXPEDIA I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTMER FOR YEARS AND I EXPECTED MORE. I think more research should be done buy your company on these places . In future I will be checking other sites to make sure

Way too dirty!
Hotel room was dirty, really dirty. No cleaning on daily basis. Furniture old. I had to clean the bathroom to use and blanked was unusable.

A very basic IKEA type studio. Some flaws with the room (ripped sheets, fixed after a couple of days), air conditioner spit out black gunk (not fixed), but excellent location. Good for budget travelers who want a no-frills, inexpensive room close to everything. Good wi-fi connectionc. Note that not a lot of English is spoken here, particularly after the erratic office hours--we spoke good Spanish so this wasn't a problem but

Perfect location, really big and comfortable apartment. We were 3 ppl and we totally recommend this place. The only problem is thr WiFi signal is very poor but if u r in vacations u dont need it

Good apartment
Stayed here for two nights during a two weeks trip around Argentina. Very good location in Buenos Aires, tube wasn't far away and plenty of shops and restaurants around. It is not located near touristic places but in a good place in Buenos Aires. Be aware that is an apartment so you won't have any help booking tango shows, transportation or anything like it so get information yourself and book it online.

Absolutely FANTASTIC
I don't believe that those who wrote bad reviews stayed here...this was the perfect studio apartment for my week's stay in BsAs. The subway system was down, but it didn't affect my commute by bus or foot from this prime location in a safe building (with doorman) in a nice, convenient neighborhood. The apartment was cleaned well daily and there were plenty of supplies for cooking and eating. The apartment also housed a heating/air unit and a nice balcony. The only downside was that the bathroom was a bit far from the sleeping area, but bearable for only a week's stay. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for great housing in the city..

Great place to stay
The apartment itself was very good, and in a great location - about 10 minutes walk to Recoleta Cemetery area, and a short distance to a Subway station. This is an apartment block where some people live full time, some apartments are rented out. If you want a traditional hotel with restaurant, 24x7 staff, etc, this is not the place for you.

Fantastic Accomodations!
This was my very first time in Buenos Aires so I was not sure what to expect but Studio Pueyrredon surpassed my expectations by far. It was a beautifully kept space with friendly doormen and staff. The neighborhood was centrally located and my friend and i felt very safe the whole time. The staff also recommended some fantastic restaurants and hotspots which contributed to our wonderful experience. I can't wait to come back to Buenos Aires, but this time for longer than 1 week!

for the price and location this is truly a steal! the staff is super friendly, but not overbearing. basically being an apartment rental you are not constantly bothered by staff and are left to enjoy your trip. they are available however if you should need them. the apartment itself was super cute and in a great location. a minus would be the thinness off the walls, but you can easily get over it. the breakfast included is at a cafe down the street called havanna that is very popular and delicious! if you're looking to have a real buenos aires experience, i'd highly recommend this place!

Studio Pueyrredon: safe & 4 blocks from metro
The check-in was easy at least as far as during business hours were concerned (unsure of after hour convenience as n/a). Also, they were friendly and helpful in setting up tours (even when other brokers told us events were not available, we were able to schedule through the hotel staff. Very flexible in handling requests such as holding luggage and late checkouts. Security personnel were friendly, especially if you could speak Spanish. Negatives were few, but included no patio furniture on balcony, and the a/c leaked a great deal of water which required us to use pots and towels as the staff were not very responsive to those concerns which seemed to be more commonplace to them than problematic..The hotel appeared as advertised, however, as a note to US travelers, the breakfast provided was at an outside establishment a couple of blocks away, and only included a continental fare of croissants and coffee/tea/juice until noon, with no other options available (as appears to be typical of Buenos Aires).

This is NOT a 3.5 star hotel. It's a studio apartment. The kitchen is great. Location is great. But the floors are cement and they conduct sound from the apt. above. So every time the person above me moved the chair (at 1 and 2 am.!) it made a loud noise and woke me up. Also, after I complained, the phone was able to receive calls but I wasn't able to call out. The internet is slow, like dial-up speeds.

Nice apartments, in a good area. Situated a few blocks from the subway station. Apartments have everything you basically need. Room was serviced every day and the laundry was a great plus! I would recommend these apartments. Friendly check in staff - they allowed us to check in an hour early. COTO supermarket is around the corner. Starbucks is across the road. The internet is wired and not wireless - hop across the street to Starbucks if you want wireless.

The hotel was in a good location and close to the sites in Recoleta. They have no front desk to check in with, just a security guard. The rooms were big, but the sheets on the beds had stains on them. Since they had no front desk per say, there was no way to get a clean set. We spent one night there and checked into a different hotel the next morning. Sometimes cheaper is not always better.

The building is in a great area in Buenos Aires and the apartment was fantastic!!! Very clean, bathroom, kitchen, a table to have breakfast, tv and even a patio with a grill and the pool on the same floor and accessible from the patio. Fantastic.

Subte (subway) station a short walk away
Subway line "D" is very convenient if the visitor is planning to explore both Downtown (Microcentro) and Belgrano and Palermo areas. Avenida Callao, Centro Cultural Recoleta and Buenos Aires Design are all 6 to 7 blocks away. Nice area, a mix of residential buildings and hospital facilities; the intersection of Pueyrredón and Santa Fé Avenues is a bit rundown these days though. Apartments are new, clean, well kept. Contemporary furniture, small kitchen. Bathroom OK for an apartment (in a hotel a lot more space in the bathroom would be in order); minimalist closet areas. No hotel amenities but a swimming pool and daily housekeeping. IMO, this apartment experience makes you feel like a local, not a visitor - a pleasing experience, depending on the purpose of your visit to Buenos Aires. Good for longer stays.

But service provided by the agency in charge is very poor, They didn't do anything agreed on the phone: did not call a cab to the airport and didn't even bother to apologise, forgot to go collect payment. First stay 5 on everything. Second stay 6 wks. later many problems. A/C in two rooms didn't workk, took 3 days to repair in 80 degree temp. Had to change first room when a/c flooded it, then a/c broke in second room. No offer was made to offer even a partial refund. Couldn't sleep because of street noise with patio door open.

very nice studio, clean, staff very helpfull. 20mn to the city center on foot a pleasant march or tube can take you there in 5 mn. might be a bit noisy sometimes but it's a fantastic place to stay.

The location is perfect
Third time in this hotel. I choose accoring the rates they have during my stay. The best is Daniel´s warm wellcoming and his willingness to help. Rooms are small but nice. Sometimes Tv and Wi-Fi signal works and sometimes not. I always have problem with the room´s key and breakfast is poor.
