Will never stay here again - horrible service

it was great hotel (great rooms, lobby and amenities) but the service was sub-par for such a luxurious hotel - I travel a lot all over the world for work and this is one of the rare times that I have stayed in such a high-end hotel where the staff were unfriendly, offers no assistance at all and just overall doesn't care. I ordered room service and had to follow-up three times before it was delivered (and it was just a sandwich), they messed up with my car service reservation by one hour difference which almost caused me to miss my international flight and during this whole ordeal about the car service, they were not helpful and just kept shrugging their shoulders at me while telling me that it's coming in ten minutes / 5 minutes etc. (that really doesn't help - sorry).
