This hotel is excellent! The property is in an unbeatable location in a lovely elegant area of BA. The rooms are big and comfortable. The service is unbeatable. Best value for the money.

The space for the room was very nice, peaceful, and tranquil. The room was soundproof as well which made for a great space. Unfortunately, there was a plumbing/drainage issue with our bathroom that flooded the bathroom floor. The way the staff handled that was disappointing. The maintenance worker was outstanding but the fact that management did not offer to move us, nor have housekeeping come in and sterilize/clean the floor, nor acknowledge the inconvenience, and that we still had to pay full fare feels disappointing and is unacceptable.

The room was always clean, they have two cleaning services per day. The hotel is located in a very safe area in buenos aires and just in front of Patio Bullrich mall. Very recommended.

Amazing stay
Amazing stay! We had our wedding night at this hotel. The stuff was super friendly and allowed us to take pictures all around the Hotel. They even used our pictures on Instagram lol. Breakfast was great, big room with bathtub and a separated shower. The bed was a dream!

The Sofitel may be the optimal hotel choice in Buenos Aires. The location is simply superb, the hotel is a 4.5-to-5 star facility and the staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful.

We were at this hotel 6 days. The staff was terrific and made us feel at home. Our housekeeper staff was great. The bed and sheets were the best. We did not want to get out of bed because of the comfort. The foot was terrific. This is a great place. We got the help we need from the help desk was extremely helpful in getting my husbands hearing aids fixed. He could hear again thanks to them. Our only language english, so they were very helpful.
