I did not like the noisy doors in the elevator going all night long. Matress was old and uncomfortabke. One day the room was left undone. It rained and the corridor was leaking. The did not dry it for one whole day. The toilet did not work well. The shower was low, I had to bend to wash my hair. Shower doors defective.

The rooms were terrible. Bathroom was literally broken and falling apart. Half the hotel was under construction with noise dust and paint smell. The rooms were awful. Old and terrible linens. The beds weren’t even made properly. The only good thing was the location. Wait to stay there. Hopefully the construction will be donde in about 6 months. For now, it was terrible!!

Room not very clean on arrival, lots of hair found around the room and bathroom. Apart from that it was ok. No issues with check in and check out. Food location.

Good Facility, Quiet Location
The front desk staff were all very attentive and helpful, and most spoke excellent English. My room could have used a coat of paint and some updates, but when the hair dryer didn't work, a replacement arrived right away. The hotel is on a quiet street within an easy walk of many sights in Recoleta. A decent value for the price.

Surprisingly Good Decision
I think the type of trip category is stupid and limited. Had to get that out of the way first. I actually booked this place because my place in Buenos Aires need emergency work and we didn't want to sleep on the couch of friends. I chose this place because it was close to us and it was also very cheap. That low price and the mixed reviews scared us a bit, but not enough to not try it. I'm very glad we did. The room was spacious, maybe a bit too spacious as it really just has a bed. That being said, there are 3-4 things I must have in the room and this room ticked all the boxes. Huge and comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and good wifi. In fact, the wifi here was better than the wifi at our place. This is not to say that the room is perfect. It is dated in some areas. There was a huge area in the shower with paint missing. That being said, the most impressive thing about this room was the quiet. The street noise is notoriously loud in Buenos Aires, but we hard nothing. The staff was also friendly. If we ever found ourselves in a similar situation again, I would easily book this place again.

In my many years of traveling, I can say this is by FAR the WORST hotel ever. 1. Non functional room meaning plastic floors, bathroom door that doesn't close and non-existing shower curtain causing water to go everywhere 2. EXTREME NOISE AND EXTREME POOR NOISE INSULATION. We had quite neighbors, however even if someone talked or walked outside we could hear them! We woke up multiple times at night, every single night and got very poor sleep 3. ZERO AMENITIES - The hotel doesn't have basic items such as a kettle or an iron 4. We saw two workers entering units and using exterminating equipment, not sure how did would affect our health The Worst hotel by far, STAY AWAY

They didnt find my reservation when I arrived indicating Expedia hadnt sent them the reservation. after 1 hour I got my room. Room is horrible. Bathroom with broken tiles. Linnen look dirty and old

Nice hotel, baths amenities, quiet as we were at tree back of the hotel- no street noise. Good hot shower with high pressure. But you can hear adjacent rooms and water went everywhere in the bathroom when having a shower. Basic breakfast. Pleasant staff. The hotel is good for what you pay.

I arrived and they told me they were full
Hi, I arrived at the hotel, and they told me that they are full and dont have room for me. I reserved, paid everything. They told me i have to leave and find another hotel. I am alone, its 2 am , and he didnt help me in anything. I want my money back, and also say it was a terrible. Please , i want a solution. These is a desrespect!

Propriedade velha, com mera pintura para enganar ou tentar enganar essa realidade. A limpeza do banheiro estava razoável, mas as roupas de cama e banho estavam ok. Muito barulho no quarto (externo e do próprio hotel), já que as janelas e portas são antigas. A qualidade do sono não é boa. A localização é muito boa.

El hotel está bien ubicado y renovado. El desayuno es básico y podría mejorar. El baño olía feo y nunca se quitó el olor a pesar de la limpieza. El ascensor solo admite dos personas porque son pequeños. Está bien para estadías cortas pero lo pensaría si es más de dos días.
