A good hotel to stayPosted May 25, 2015
I have been staying in this hotel for the last 3 years every time when I go to Buenos Aires. Staffs in the front desk are very friendly and helpful. There are a whole variety of restaurants around for meal choice. There is one little tiny issue - the lighting is very poor in the restaurant area.

Hotel Vitrum is a good find, except for the restaurant (more in a moment). The neighborhood is convenient to Palermo Viejo (about 1km walk) and Soho (a little further), and there are several good restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with good showers. The hotel itself is a bit noisy due to construction style. Nonetheless, we'd give the place 4 stars except for the restaurant, which has OK food but terrible service at breakfast and dinner. Cold coffee unless you want to wait 10 minutes for a cappucino; you can get eggs if you want to walk to the kitchen where the servers and staff are busy with conversation rather than customers. Dinner service wasn't much better.

Reservei quarto superior e recebi uma categoria abaixo. No check in nada avisaram. Ao verificar que o quarto era menor e não dispunha de saleta, com mesa para trabalhar, reclamei. Puseram a culpa no sistema, é claro. Devolveram a diferença de tarifa, o que não é o que se espera e sim receber o serviço contratado e pago integralmente com bastante antecedência. Não gostamos deste tratamento.
