Nice hotel and pleasant stay

We only stayed here one night, but the hotel was lovely and clean, hotel staff friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Room was not up to date

Staying was wonderful experience and would like to visit again. Basic requirement like water bottles and some refreshment must be available in the room.

Everything about the hotel was great. However I did find it odd that there are no seats or benches near the elevator or anywhere outside neat the entrance 's.

Pros: Beds were very comfortable and bedding crisp and clean
Cons: Breakfast could be provided as part of the deal
Location: Shopping centres, and good roads into the centre of Buffalo
Comfortable, clean and pleasant hotel. Easy check-in and check-out.

Disappointing hotel near Niagara Falls.

Pros: It was very quiet and had a large parking lot.
Cons: Everything inside the rooms should be changed, starting with the carpet. Refrigerators in rooms should be kept full (soda, beer, etc.).
Location: Except for Niagara Falls, almost nothing to do nearby.
Everything in this hotel looks old and tired. The TV set in the room was obsolete and working poorly. The refrigerator in the room was absolutely empty. The bathroom didn't seem very clean and there was one set of towels for two persons.

Nice hotel, small room.

Great staff. Room was quite small. So narrow that one of us could barely walk between bed and dresser. Overall nicely appointed.

Misleading info regarding 'Free Breakfast'

Hotel location and cleanliness are great for relaxing. But, I was greatly disappointed with the front desk service. While I was booking this hotel through Hotels.com, there were two prices listed. 1. $175 Plus (No breakfast) 2. $210 plus (Free breakfast). I choose the second option ($210 +plus) because, I went with family of 5 (3 adults and 2 kids). I've entered all the info and got the confirmation from Hotels.com and everything is fine. I was told by the hotel that Free breakfast is only for 2 persons. I showed them the hotels.com reservation mail and it was clearly written. Front desk representative said, my reservation is through Expedia. There was a big disconnect between how you book reservation through Hotels.com and call the hotel directly. Anyone, who book reservation and if you see 'free breakfast' - it is not totally true and misleading. Especially if you go with family, better don't pay more and get disappointed like me.
