Lots of children and drinking with loud partying in the hall. We did get complimentary breakfast for this but I had just had surgery and was very disturbed

Not happy
Room should have been much cleaner, even my 5 year old noticed it was not clean. Super noisy at night time until 4:30 am. . We will not be staying again

I’ve been staying at this property for over 15 years and was very disappointed that I was unaware of the renovations until I arrived and paid. The noise was a massive disturbance for me and family. Not sure if I’ll stay here again.

Upon arrival one of the front desk associates did not smile or was very friendly. The associate at the second desk was friendly and more attentive. Our toilet in our room had dried urine on the seat and feces on the seat. It was a turn off. The beds were comfortable and clean, not ironed.
