This was an acceptable place to stay for one night. The full size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher was a huge plus. There were some issues with my room when I checked in. The heat took awhile to turn on and the phone in the room was not working. Also the television was not working but I was informed this was because of the high winds in the area. However when I brought this up to the front desk she immediately came up, inspected the room and then gave me another room for the night. Both the night front desk and morning front desk person were approachable and nice.

We stood for 5 nights. They still with the Covid rules they don’t do the beds or give you fresh towels If you need them you have to call front desk for them. Ridiculous

Hotel located next to a run down hotel that appears to be used for subsidized housing. At 9:20 am) after spring ahead time) housekeeping opened the door as they were knocking to see if they could clean the room, checkout is at 11:00. Bed was one of the worst beds I have slept on in a long time, my back is still screaming from it. Pros are that it is close to University of Buffalo North Campus. Tok many other hotels in the area that I would try before this one.

Super fantastic staff and accommodations! Clean, comfortable. Having the extra space of a kitchenette with full size refrigerator and microwave were a huge plus. The 3 laundry and 4 dryer machines were a life saver and are included free! I highly recommend Candlewood Suites when you’re visiting Buffalo!

We loved the floor plan. It has a kitchen, living area and a separate bedroom and two TVs, But the manager had to show me how to work the stove top. The stove does not get hot enough to pop popcorn. The refrigerator was set to freeze everything, the heater was broken (but it was mild weather,so we did not freeze like the contents of the fridge). You can hear the people upstairs. You have to share the elevator with other people's stinky dogs. They do not clean the room everyday, which is fine with us because we never have our room cleaned by others while we stay somewhere. Our last night there was a lot of party noise which seemed to be coming from outside the hotel until after 2AM. But, it was New Years Eve so we probably should have expected that.

Adequate room with kitchenette
Nice, pet-friendly room with kitchenette. Good grounds for pet-relief. No pool, but used fitness room, which was better than average. Probably wouldn't repeat.

We were in Buffalo for the Bills game,our 2nd year at this hotel. Very good value,clean and the room has everything you need including a well-equipped kitchen. Our room had a seperate bedroom with a TV,the living room had a sofa and chair,plenty of room. I would highly recommend this hotel,the staff is friendly and accommodating too..

It was close to Niagara Falls. They do allow animals. One night we had dogs barking very loud. They were quiet after a while

It was the best party of the trip. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Free coffee and tea. The room was awesome. I wished the window opened a little further, I miss the New York weather. The only complaint was the bed was a little hard. We’ll be back next year.

Our suites are equipped with kitchenettes so guests have the freedom to relax in the suites. Full service hotels offer more services that you may want on your next adventure. Candlewood Suites does not sound like the hotel for your travel needs. Full service hotels offer the experience you seem to be looking for in hotels.

Dear Lucy, I am sorry that your experience at our property wasn't up to your standards. We realize that everyone enjoys their brand of coffee, but we have wonderful coffee shops and restaurants right down the street, even walking distance. Candlewood is an extended stay property and guests enjoy their own suites for cooking and relaxing on their own time. Shuttle service is not an option at our property.
