Hotel close to the Airport.Posted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: Location. as it served the purpose of my visit. Lots of eating and shopping options close by.
Cons: Renovate the Hotel. Put an elevator so that disabled patrons don't have any problems.
Location: Good Location close to the airport. Had Shuttle service to the airport. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Our stay at the hotel was just about ok. we were put in the rooms on the second level and it was a pain to climb up the stairs as there are no elevators, this is ok form me but for my mom with arthritis it was no good. They had breakfast in the morning but no place for seating as there are only a few tables, there was no milk during the breakfast as it was not delivered per the Front desk employee. !!! Rooms were dated and need renovation !!!

No water for about 4 hours due to piping leak. Little bit disappointing.

The shower was out of order. Also, there was no elevator so that if you get a room on the second floor, you have to carry all of luggage to that up :(

We were looking forward to a few days away & we chose this hotel due to reviews & room size as we were traveling with 5 & they had a good size room to accommodate us comfortably, or so we thought. Staff was extremely nice & helpful on checkin, this is were it went downhill... Upon entering we noticed a musty smell & looked like there was construction going on with tarps hanging in lobby. As we headed to room the musty/damp smell increased. The room was a good size & amenities in the room were good, beds comfortable & it looked clean but couldn't shake the strong musty smell, it was obvious they've had water damage. Decided to check out the pool area as it's one of the main reasons to stay so our kids could swim...I can honestly say I've never seen a worse pool area, ever! The smell was unbearable, as was the condition of the water in the pool & whirlpool, completely unacceptable. It was also obvious from the pool area that the hotel has had a major leak or something, there were paint chips etc in the corners of the room & everything was soaked & not from people swimming as you couldn't even see to the bottom of the pool. Went back to the room to decide what to do & my daughter started screaming from the bathroom, a roach ran across the vanity!! It was at this point we decided to contact Expedia & see what could be done to rescue us, which they were extremely helpful!! Please consider another hotel!!

Hotel is 30-50 minutes to Niagara Falls.Posted Aug 25, 2015
Pros: Our suite was clean and beds were comfortable. Good size suite for 5 people. The dining area was more pleasing than most inns.
Cons: Had trouble with incidental charge when hotel clerk did not know he had to manually punch in credit card numbers when swiping the card didn't work.
Location: Niagara Falls, Maid of the Mist, Cave, are less than an hour away. SUNY campus is also within an hour away.
Overall, nice place, we stayed for 2 nights. Bathroom facility in our suite had a modern look and clean shower/tub. Beds are very comfortable. We weren't able to enjoy the indoor pool, but it looked clean. The jacuzzi did not look inviting, no bubbles and the water looked a little yellow - unlike the blue water in the pool. Check in was not a pleasant experience. Please train clerks to manually punch in cc numbers when swiping didn't work, instead of asking for other cc or a cash deposit for incidental charges. After my cc customer representative cleared up this minor incident, our stay was more relaxing. The open dining area was better than others but the aisles between the tables could be larger. It was difficult to get around people sitting at the tables. Waffle maker is excellent, once people learned how to use it.

It was fine. The kids liked the pool. It could be tricky to get into, you had to cross a busy road.

Clean hotel.Posted Aug 23, 2015
Clean hotel room, however the tub drain in the bathroom was faulty. When taking a shower, the tub fills up fast and the water will not drain out until a good 15 minutes after you finish your shower. Ice machines did not work on the 1st and 2nd floors, had to walk upstairs to 3rd floor to get ice. Two very young girls were at counter to check us - one especially seemed lost and didn't know how to register us.

Nice stayPosted Aug 17, 2015
We were in Buffalo for a convention and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Comfort Suites. The staff was most helpful and friendly. Breakfast room a little small but well maintained. Nice to have staff recognize you when you return from a meeting.

Quiet hotel close to everything.Posted Aug 15, 2015
Close to Darien lake, malls, and restaurants. Free breakfast every morning. Eggs ham. Waffles yogurt cereal and fresh fruit with toast juice coffee or tea. This hotel needs a little tlc in the pool area and there was no elevator. But besides that staff were fantastic and we would diffenately come back for sure
