It was a hotel. Decent breakfast. Pool and spa. Nothing too special but did did the job comfortably. No pun intended. Pet friendly for a small charge. Overall not bad.

Great way to end a week away. Prompt and friendly transport shuttle to hotel, helpful staff, order delivery for dinner. Very Relaxing

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Nicht identifizierbare starke Geruchsbelästigung in Fluren und Zimmer. Frühstück war überdurchschnittlich gut. Für 1-2 Nächte völlig in Ordnung.

Clean and close to airport

Room was lovely...nice little spot...nothing too fancy but still very nice. Only thing I would say is the hot tub looked dirty but we swam in the pool they had. Breakfast was good..staff was always on top of restocking. 4.5 for me...just clean the pool!!!

Pros: I was able to see my grandchildren
Cons: Beds pull outs floors
Location: Lots to do
Pull out broken. Floors dusty, bath tug dirty walls, trash behind desk, previous bill on floor front desk unattended often. Slippery floors outdated

OK for the price I guess

Room is fairly clean, staff were OK. Roll out bed was terrible. The room was 120 degrees when we checked in and it took us 2 hours to get it down to 70. For the price it was fine but I would not stay there again.

Nice but wi-fi down for 2 days

Pros: Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet.
Cons: Wi fi, carpet in room, secure the outside doors so you need key to enter.
Location: Location was very safe and quiet. There are a few houses behind the building. Restaurants and shops are about a mile away.
The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. The shuttle pickup at the airport went smoothly and driver was great. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pullout couch was older and a bit warn and there were a couple of spots on the carpet. They had just put new carpet in hallways... Not sure if they're doing the rooms, but ours needed new carpet. Breakfast was very good. Pool looked clean and nice. Workout room had 4 or 5 good machines. There were a few small problems that could be corrected easily. Water machine in workout room was empty, door to the building where you're supposed to use a key for security was not locked, hand sanitizer machines were empty, ice machine near our room was broken. The biggest problem for me was that the wi-fi was down for 2 days and still not fixed when I left. The first day, I was told "they're working on it". 6 hours later, the new desk person said "they're working on it". The next morning, the new desk person said "someone's coming later today to fix it". Seemed like I wasn't being told the truth. I needed to get some work done. I would recommend this hotel if the price was close to $60/night and you do not need Wi-Fi.

cheap hotel hoped to be family friendly

I booked two hotel roooms at the comfort inn as it was reasonably priced and looked clean and comfortable on line. After booking a couple of months in advance the Thursday before our stay i stopped by to check out our reservation and fond out the pool was not in working order and it might not be fixed before saturday. i called the hotel on friday and they then said it was fixed. i did try to cancel as i did not want to take the risk that it would be closed but i was told by expedia and comfort inn that i would have to pay the cancellation fee. i was nervous but did come for my booking on saturday to sunday, i had booked two rooms and the rooms were almost ready at 3pm at check in time. there was signs all over hotel to say please wear shoes at all time due to renovation. i had two families in the two rooms i booked with children and when we went swimming they charged me $50 extra after the cost of the two rooms to swim as theyconsidered it a pool party, the pool area was small and there were leaves sitting around the pool and gritty debris at bottom of pool. the children complained about this. Also there were not towels when we came into pool area and the staff brought in a few and said please only use one each as there was no housekeeping that night. on return to the room. we turned on the tv and there was no reception, the cable was out and it remained to be out the rest of the night. I was very disappointed as it was my twins birthday. i did feel i payed too much
