Hotel room is clean. Staircase full of food debris. Bunch of kids running around the hallways with banging footsteps. So annoying. Blame the stupid parents.

We were placed in a handicap room and the shower was terrible. Water all over the floor and the shower valve provided lukewarm water.

Liked the hot tub Hallways smelled fresh Washrooms on first floor were very clean I would suggest a coffee/tea station most of the hotels I have stayed in would provide in the lobby area

Front desk staff was awesome!! Hotel and room were clean and tidy. My genuine only issue was the staff vacuuming with a very loud, obviously needs worked on vacuum cleaner right outside our door at 7:40 AM!

Weird hard stains on carpet, filthy towels covered in make up, pubic hair, blood and other weird unidentifiable stains when I went to the front desk they told me there was nothing they could do

The room was rather filthy. The toilet had "Brown" on the toilet seat, there were flies and lady bugs in the room and ants in the bathroom. Should have worn shower shoes as the bottom of the tub was slimy. We would have asked to move but we were so exhausted, and the beds seemed clean. We told the front desk at check out, but overall rooms need a lot of work. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls.

It’s mediocre
The bathroom had lots of mold on the ceiling, and no blow dryer. Once I asked for more towels, they brought the dryer. I was disappointed in the restaurant as no complimentary breakfast was offered. We only slept there so it was okay. Would not stay there again though. It did have close freeway connections.

The front desk staff were excellent. The room was clean even if furniture a bit worn. Bed was comfy but had one of those waterproof mattress covers which can cause sweating. The cafe food for breakfast was mediocre and way overpriced.
