The hotel is just ok. The building is very old, so it's not realy a great hotel, but for the price, it's ok.

Damp smell in bathroom

Posted Aug 10, 2015
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Bathroom smell
The hotel wasn't too bad in general, but the bathroom had a damp smell. It seemed clean, but the smell put me off. The breakfast was good!

Our go to Place in Buffalo

Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: Rooms are consistently clean
Cons: Exterior of building, halls, room entrance to room 244...not the greatest entry way.
Location: local buffalo shopping, Trader Joe's for chocolate and cheese, boulevard mall, burlington coat factory. Great deals here.
Our family always stays here...best price for what you get and need. The rooms are always clean and have a fridge/freezer, tv, ample outlets, etc. It's great to keep our food cool for the next day, pack a picnic and also get a good nights rest.

Hotel close to many places

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: The room was big, clean, and the air conditioning worked well. Happy with the bed, bathroom , and TV. Also pleased with the cost.
Cons: The hotel needs renovating. We accessed the second floor by outside stairs. Not sure if there was an elevator. Cobwebs in the staircase. A/C loud.
Location: This hotel was centrally located for everything we were doing.
I was very pleased to find this hotel which was reasonably priced and centrally located. I was coming to town to attend a funeral and only had one day's notice. Although we were there for a sad occasion , our experience at the hotel was nice. Check in was easy and quick. The room was clean, a good size, and met our needs. Parking was good too.

Poor condition of hotel and poor cleanliness of ro

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything I noted above.
Location: Niagara falls
The pillow cases and sheets were filthy and had hair on them, we had to change them. The bathroom door wouldn't close without slamming it. The toilet bowl had urine stains all over the front of it and the toilet seat didn't fit. Overall, a terrible room.

My brother's wedding

Posted Jul 13, 2015
We had a great time at this hotel. It was no frills but there were 15 of us in town for my brother's wedding and wanted to stay together. The rooms were clean, not spotless and the beds were super comfortable. My son got locked in the bathroom and the staff was more concerned than I was(he is 21). I got him out after they got me a screwdriver. We just did not shut the door all the way after that. The desk manager made sure to report it to the general manager, but we did not mind so much. They made sure my father had a ground floor room as he has medical issues. The location is perfect as it is central to everything we had going on. I would stay there again. It had everything we needed for our stay.

Average hotel with good breakfast

Posted Jul 6, 2015
This is an average motel with average room condition and service. The one thing that I like most is its free breakfast. It is better than most other motels which provide breakfast. It has refrigerator and microwave in each room which is very convenient for a family who bring cold drinks or foods. One thing I really do not like is its coffee maker. It does NOT have a pot. You will need to use the paper cup to put water in the coffee maker, and then put the cup under the coffee maker to get the brewed coffee. This is one of the weirdest and dumbest thing I have found in recent hotel stays. Until I found that in another hotel, they do exactly the same thing. Probably this is a new trend. I am not sure how this is going to help the hotel since the coffee pot is NOT a disposable one. Without a pot only makes preparing hot tea or other hot drinks difficult.

Low cost for a reason

Posted Jun 3, 2015
Pretty much what I expected so I can't complain too much. The price was right. Not maintained very well. Old motel smell in room. Had another guest trying to get into my room at night because staff wrote wrong room number on key sleeve. The guys card didn't actually work. Staff was fine and breakfast was fine.
