Very quiet & clean hotel, friendly staff, valet parking with our booking, free breakfast with some hot selections, close to downtown activities, and they provide free shuttle for drop off and pick up which was excellent! The room was great,fairly updated. Has microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker. Also the bathroom provide on the wall soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, & body lotion. I would recommend this hotel its was great !

Property is in the middle of a mostly medical facility area. Not a lot of walkable things nearby, but did not matter to us as it was one of the more reasonably priced hotels and had good reviews. I will say that the shining star of this hotel is the staff. Every single person we dealt with, from the valets to the front desk, to breakfast staff to housekeeping was very pleasant and helpful! Would recommend this hotel based on the staff alone!

The corner of my room had peeling walls and the shower had no soap. Someone put water in the bottle instead of replacing the body wash.

The hotel was great, the surrounding area not so much; very isolated, nothing to do and if you're a walker, you might walk into some residential area that looks rough (and nobody around).

The hotel is pretty basic for what I needed, one night stay was sufficient but if I would’ve to prolong my stay I don’t think it would’ve been good. I am highly allergic to dust and mold and the room clearly had mold accumulated in the corner ceiling by the window. There was a bit of a mess at check-in but thankfully resolved quickly and without having too much of a back and forth.

This hotel was smack dab in the middle of the hospital district. If you are looking for a place that you can park and walk this isn't the place for you. We had no problem driving so it worked great for us. There is a shuttle for any place within a mile so we were able to take the shuttle to fountain plaza and get the train to the Keybank center for a concert. It was very convenient.

The location was convenient and perfect for or adventure to Niagara Falls. The staff was so kind and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great!

Staff was very friendly and outgoing. Hotel is a little older but well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.

My first time at this property...come to Buffalo for Live music shows. It is a little dated but very clean and well maintained. The room was huge, large screen TV, comfortable King bed, very large mini fridge easy to stock, microwave, coffee. The "Grab & Go" free breakfast was way more than expected and good! The free shuttle to downtown events blew me away-awesome. Even though the restaurant/bar is closed at this point , they sold great beers and wine from a cooler. great hot water pressure in the shower. it may just be seasonal but I had free valet & parking. Overall very friendly attentive staff.

Parking is at a garage across the street. The breakfast is limited, but more than a “grab and go”, which is how the staff referred to it. My concern was elevated when I saw the offerings, which included premade breakfast sandwiches, different bread options with a toaster available and sausages.

We came in for a concert at the Town ballroom, hotel was a great location especially with a shuttle service, breakfast in the morning was an added bonus. All the staff we met we friendly and a please to chat with. Will return if we are in the area again.

We were only there one night. The ONLY thing I didn’t love was the bed. There was a hump in the middle and the 2 sides were sinking so it felt like I was going to roll off. Other than that, the room was spotless and the manager Monique was very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The hotel was in a convenient location for a concert at keybank center. The free shuttle to the train was exceptional, timely and so much cheaper than an Uber! Breakfast was great! The only downfall was noisy guests up, screaming and fighting to all hours(not the hotel’s fault)!
