Very surprised as how bad this facility was.

The room I reserved was not available, so I was given two rooms and they were not able to put it on the same floor, we had a long drive from NYC - close to 7 hours so we were tired and just wanted to get to our room, did not like it that our daughter will be on the 3rd and we are on the first. We were reluctant but we had no choice.
The lobby was not a welcoming lobby first thing you see is the laundry room, I was like ok, this is a different set up, I couldn't even figure out where the breakfast room is, usually when you walk into a lobby, you see chairs, tables and maybe on the side somewhere a dining area. The gentlemen that helped us that night was very helpful and apologetic that was the only positive.
Our Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room, staff gave us febreeze, cleaned a clogged air conditioning filter and had a machine put in our room while we away at dinner to kill the smell. Our daughters room on the third floor people were smoking weed. Our rooms were not made up the next day or given clean towels, we figured it was because we complained. You get what you paid for.
