Friendly, clean, accessible, visible, all in one.

Pros: It was true to your pictures. Clean and spacious
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
Location: It was the perfect location to suit our needs.
Friendly staff. Thoroughly clean room. Spacious ! Yes, lots of room. Great breakfast buffet. Without hesitation I recommend this place. Thank you staff, especially Nate for your friendly manner. See you next year.

Bathroom needs work not worth the cost.

Was disappointed in the bathroom. Shower head moved and rail cover was off. Poor construction.

My apologies for the issues in the bathroom.Certainly our preventative maintenance can and should check these items. I only wish you had told us as we could and would immediately address your issues. We are currently inspecting all and tightening to prevent this for any other guest.

Pleasantly surprised

I was in town for a concert. Was surprised at how big and modern the room was. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. The dining area was really nice too.

Blessing in Disguise!

I reserved a room for two nights at the Comfort Suites on hotel.com- I was in town for my cousin's wedding- Long story short- Comfort Suites was extremely rude, didn't have my room available and didn't offer any solutions. I called hotels.com obviously very upset, as I had to be at the rehearsal dinner in a few short hours. They resolved my problem and offered to put me in the Hampton Inn. This was a blessing in disguise!!! The staff at the Hampton Inn were extremely friendly and professional. The room was beautiful and clean. And they even brought me up a roll away bed because another family member had to stay with me due to their debacle at the Comfort Suites. The Hampton Inn was wonderful and I can not express my happiness enough that I stayed there!!:)

Nice Hotel

Only stayed 1 night, pool great, Staff-Nick told us of a wonderful local restaurant - Danny's. If I ever get to Buffalo again I would stay at that hotel!!
