Not a good beginning. Got to hotel at 10pm already very tired with two kids. Gave the girl at the front desk with our hotel.com confirmation #, she said "no, that's not our confirmation #, our # start with a 3". Maybe because I was very tired but I found her attitude was really bad. So I showed her the confirmation email, she scroll through the email and said I can't find you on our system then she point to the 1800# on the email and said you can call them yourself and ask. She then roll her eye and turn away.
Luckily the agent at hotel.com realized the room was booked in the name of the other party in our group.
