It's nothing fancy but clean. Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle that runs in the morning, until noon I think. No good food in close proximity. Gym is decent and pool is nice.

I really have to review this hotel! It was pleasant,clean,near to food and shopping! Hands down to all the employees specially ANNIE who was serving the breakfast😊 very friendly. And the breakfast was the best!! Only thing I could said is the airport that was right across the hotel and if you don’t want noise this is not for you, it worked for us because we didn’t care, also we were really tired at the end of the day. Will stay here again.

I loved the dogs at the front counter and the staff were all SUPER nice! The lady who ran breakfast (I didn't get her name, but she was short, somewhat elderly, and Black), was an absolute delight, as well as the man behind the counter with the dogs. The rooms were really good, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they used Dove brand soap, since I have really sensitive skin. I also loved having free bottled water whenever we asked! Really, the only thing that wasn't great was the price, but I understand that it was more due to the Eclipse happening than anything else. I can't fault the staff for that! And the experience was REALLY good, so I can't complain too much!

We had an overnight stay to catch an early flight The convenience to the airport was fantastic. The room was clean and the hallways were quiet would stay there again due to the proximity of the airport.

I stay at Holiday Inns often around the world, and this was the worst hotel experience of our lives. It was extremely dirty from the minute we walked into the lobby to the rooms and the breakfast area. Here are all the details: - Upon arrival, the room, bathroom, and bed covers were not cleaned at all. - The room door knob was broken. We struggled to open it, as it was going up and completely all the way down. When we left the next day we realized the knob did not lock at all, so we slept with the door unlocked! - There was a condom on the property entrance. - In one elevator, there was a cup with liquid left in there. In the other elevator, there was mysterious liquid all over the floor. - The staff were so unbothered and rude. This was so disappointing. - We wanted to use the pool and jacuzzi, but it looked completely yellow and dirty. - Lastly, there was a hockey tournament group staying that weekend. Our full stay was children and adults screaming and running in the hallway all day and night, in the lobby, pool, and every public area. The hotel should have been enforcing quiet hours, and just overall being respectful for all of their guests. Do not stay here at all! There are other hotels in the area, go there. What a disappointing and gross experience.

If you need to stay near the airport, this place is fine. The amenities are limited and everything feels like it needs a decade's old refresh. Old school hotel but very modern (inflation-adjusted) pricing. A handful of things indicated "we don't really care" including the broken toaster which wasn't removed or replaced but had a handwritten sign saying Do Not Use. But cool to charge $200 USD a night... Overall, not a terrible place to stay in a pinch but pretty sure that toaster will still be there when the clocks reset for daylight savings time (yes, they are all wrong as well) just waiting for *someone* to step up and fix those as well. Small lack of care across the board because they can.

This hotel had large rooms and free parking and wifi. The staff were nice as well. There was someone vacuuming in the hallway early in the morning which woke us up. There were no vegan options for breakfast other than fruit

We found the rooms musty and dirty. We could not stay. We left and found another hotel with a clean room. Such a disappointment for a Holiday Inn that until now, even if old, was clean.

They were family friendly the kids had a blast in the pool and the room was clean the only thing I didn't like was the morning breakfast attend she made me and my kids feel uncomfortable the whole time we were getting breakfast she was watching us the whole time I'm not sure what her problem was but besides that we had a good stay

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel before and always enjoy it. We booked one night away to enjoy the pool and hot tub facilities. Imagine our disappointment when we walked in and there is a sign on the front desk saying that the pool and spa are not available. We took a walk and had a look from the second floor gym down at the pool facilities and they looked perfect. We spoke to the manager and asked what was wrong with the pool and he said that they had recently been bought by another company and they need to have the pool inspected and that won’t be happening until next week. We told him that was unfortunate because that was our main purpose in coming. I feel that if the facilities are not working or unable to be used, we should have gotten an email letting us know. We live literally 20 minutes away and would not have booked an overnight stay had we known. If a malfunction had occurred today, I would understand, but obviously that is not the case.
