Nice hotel for meetings/airport stay

Very close to the airport, excellent shuttle service 24/7 - we used it both nights for going to/from restaurants. Staff were great and room was very comfortable and clean. Would stay again.

Pros: Very clean
Cons: Wifi
Location: Malls are good for over boarder shoppping
Everything was great .. only problem was wifi wouldnt work . Worked for a hour next morning still not working

No AC

Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: The hotel looked remodeled. AC/Heat units were not updated and ours would not work.
Location: Catch a flight.
AC/Heat unit in our room would not work. The units are on a 15 minute delay and probably need replaced. We got in late and were already in bed by the time we realized our ac/heat would not work. It was so hot in our room we had to sleep with the window open (next to an airport).

Easy to use location. Walls a little thin and occasional roar of a plane, but great for early morning departure!

Won't be first choice

Hotel was a little older than other holiday inns I've stayed at. Asked for room with fridge before check in but was told at check in there wasn't one available. Shower was hard to adjust (both water flow direction and pressure). Breakfast food buffet was convenient but was not very appetizing. Other holiday inn express hotels offer free services like daily morning newspaper delivery, free warm cookies daily, free movies with popcorn, free soup every evening, and extra pillows and blankets in room. When my family is in buffalo again we will be staying at staybridge suites where we have stayed before and loved each time.

Melissa, Maybe an error on our part but we deliver a USA today to every room daily. We also have fresh baked cookies available every weekday evening as well as extra pillows and blankets available upon request. Every hotel does it a little a different. I hope you will still consider giving us another shot in the future.

Location: Airport Walden Galleria
Location rather desolate; industrial area opposite airport. Hotel has shuttle service for guests to airport restaurants and shopping . Pool is very nice. Room was mediocre could use different furniture arrangement. small table instead of huge desk.

Breakfast was great. Beds were extremely comfortable. Needed an extra duvet as the sheets weren't warm enough.

Good Location. Friendly Staff

Stayed there with my family.Near the airport. Shuttle service available. Spacious room. Very friendly staff. Shuttle was also available to take us to airport to collect the rental car. No restaurants nearby for dinner. But, staff provided us takeaway details who delivered food to our room.

all the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was not happy with breakfast. staff sat at a table and complained about other workers and management. how some do everything while others do nothing. they felt they needed more help. the variety of choices doesn't come close to other places i have stayed at. i feel this is just as important as all other details. if you are going to offer it you must do a much better job. see what other places are doing.

Everything was brand new and high-quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a lot better than most other complimentary hotel breakfasts. Plenty of parking. Fitness center was updated, clean, and very nice. Only thing was some of the stairwell doors were difficult to open.
