In the photo the rooms look bright and more comfortable. But in fact the room was very dark and gloomy.

Hotel was under construction, not mentioned at all prior to arrival. Room was dirty, hot tub was broken, strange smells throughout hotel, wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Kids screaming and adults blasting music on a loud speaker at the pool, no staff said anything to them. Very trashy and not at all relaxing. Bed was very uncomfortable. Might be better when construction is done but would stay away for now.

Despite being under renovations the staff and facilities were immaculate. Definitely would return.

Had a fun time with my family, the staff checking us in were very clueless and could not do check in smoothly without needing help by additional staff. The room was good and clean. The pool was great. No other concerns past check in issues

Staff were friendly. My hotel room was dirty. Hairs in the sink and on bath tub. The centre coffee table was dirty. I had to go out and buy pinesol cleaner.

The tv in both bedrooms did not work. There was a gap in between the wall and the stove in the kitchen and it was very dirty on the floor there. Overall a good stay and it was very convenient for what we needed. The bed frames stuck out far from the mattress so after hitting our shins numerous times we had to be extremely cautious of it especially at night. The headboards were also a lot higher than the bed so pillows would slip down behind there at night.

The property was probably great 10years ago but it has not been well maintained. Entrance area was great but different story when you get to the room. What seemed to be blood stains on walls, ripped carpet, doors that don’t close properly, dirty, just seemed in disrepair and not properly upkept. Staff was friendly however won’t stay here again.

I was greeted by a young lady whose name started with a "C". I can remember exactly what her name was but she accommodated me with early check in as I had to come to buffalo in an emergency. I enjoyed the room we were in as it had a little old fashion look to up but was still fashionable. There was a lady at breakfast that welcomed everyone that came down to eat and the staff at the desk were very helpful. The only problem I would say is that during the night my daughter and I encountered a rotten egg smell that scared us and we called the front desk. Rose the lady at the front desk moved us to another room immediately which we really appreciated. I would recommend.

Great Place
Really nice hotel. We had a suite which also had a fireplace in it. I wish our stay had been longer so we could have enjoyed the room more. Everything was perfectly clean. The free breakfast was great and in a really nice room. Would definltely recommend

We’ve stayed at Homewood for years & have always enjoyed our stay. Everything has gone so downhill. Staff was unfriendly, breakfast extremely mediocre, carpet was dirty in our room. We asked for our room to be cleaned on 4th day & it wasn’t. Fifth Day I insisted, & all they did was put fresh towels in, take out the trash, & make our bed with old sheets!!! Needless to say, we’ll be staying elsewhere from now on.

Don't waste your money
I have no idea how this hotel has good reviews. Check in time is at 3. I showed up at 4 and was told my room wasn't ready. There was a lobby full of people waiting for their room to be ready. Overall, the hotel needs updated. The room was big enough, but the bed was hard as rock. The carpets were stained. There was hair in the tub drain. I called to request more pillows and after waiting for two hours I went down to get them. The spa had brown stuff floating in the foam and when someone called to complain they came and put up a closed sign. They told everyone in the pool area that someone must've taken the last sign down because it's been closed. The staff was nice enough, but seem to be over worked with a shortage of workers.

My wife and I were in town visiting family and the hotel came highly recommended. Our issue was our room more so the bathroom not being clean and there was a day when housekeeping never came to clean our room. We left out to unmade beds and came back later that day to the same unmade beds and unclean bathroom, and we had to ask for clean towels. My wife expressed her dissatisfaction of the condition of our room to the front desk which they said they would handle it but did nothing. We finally just started cleaning it ourselves. The hotel is close to the airport and close to our family members. It was very disconcerting to worry about what condition our room would be in when we came back from a long day, that should have been the least of our worries. It would be unfair to give you a 1 star but it was a stretch to give it 3 stars.

The hotel did not honor our reservation room Type and gave us a non accessible room. The sofa bed they gave us was terrible and my aged parents ended up hurting their back

Property location was great if you're shopping near Galleria mall. Room was clean and bed was comfy. They definitely are understaffed however. Only 1 staff working that I could see each day. Room also smelt like cigars when it should have been non-smoking. Chase was the front desk staff who checked us in and she was a pleasure! Absolutely helpful and lovely.
