Weird odor and heat did not work properly.

The room had a very odd odor in it. The heat was not working correctly. I was very disappointed with this La Quinta and would never stay here again. The one in batavia is so much nicer!!!

Got a late check out time because of long wait for my flight out of Buffalo. Plus they were very helpful when I got lost driving. Getting the shuttle to and from the airport was very very helpful.

Wouldn't recommend staying here

The customer service was average at best and the room I got was not clean. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Buffalo flight out

Pros: The location is very good for the airport or local shopping.
Location: We stayed here for the airport parking however the shopping in the area is quite good. There is plenty to do in this area. Restaurants and Pubs.
We arrived and found the hotel in good condition. The room was clean tidy and everything worked as expected. We like to attend a local pub and the airport shuttle was offered to take us to pub.

Decent hotel, nothing to overly brag about.

Pros: The location wasn't too bad and it was priced right.
Cons: Clean the rooms esp. the moldy ceilings or look of mold from the ceilings.
Location: The location is down the street from a movie theater and some fast food spots, that's a plus.
The hotel was a place to lay your head and rest for a night or two. There was however, mold on the ceilings, and it was a bit old, but that is to be expected of some LaQuinta's. The doors weren't soundproofed well, meaning that you could hear inside room from the hallway if the tv was loud enough or a person spoke loud enough. The lobby was nice, the shuttle was very convenient so that was definitely a plus. I will say this, their park and ride package is deceptive. The hotel doesn't tell you until you are there that the parking is not in their lot but in another lot about a mile away, a Super8 motel parking lot. I was NOT cool with that. That should be disclosed. I did not want to move my vehicle down a mile plus from the hotel to a darker area. The park and ride should be re-worked or disclosed prior to the purchase of such package.

Only stayed for one night and spent very little time in the hotel. was clean and convenient to our needs. Would stay again under similar circumstances.
