Fairely good experience there. Got shuttles to travel in between the hotel and the airport. The breakfast was great and drinks were provided consistently. The room was spacious as well.

Broken hotel

Room looked nice but tv didn't work and shower curtain broken and hotel staff did nothing to help with any of it.

Ashtray smell

Pros: convenient to where we were working
We got in after a long day at a job site and check in was quick and easy, we got up to our room and opened to door to be hit in the face with the smell of cigarette and it was overwhelming. We went back down to the desk to complain and they quickly moved our room to the one next to the ash tray smelling room which was delayed so house keeping could clean it at 9pm. We finally got the ok to go up there after 20 minutes to open the door to a Lysol smelling ashtray. We went back to the front desk and complained and just asked for a refund to go elsewhere. Room 203 and 205 are horrible smelling rooms at this hotel. We did stay in 219 2 days prior for the night and had no issues other than a hard bed.

Falsely advertised

I was very disappointed to show up at the hotel and find out that there was no free airport shuttle, and no free parking as advertised on the Expedia page. The hotel refused to budge on this and instead we had to pay $22 for a park and fly package. Then, the parking is off site at anther hotel and you have to drive there to catch the shuttle. The whole reason for us to book this hotel was to not have to worry about getting to the airport incredibly early and having to worry about parking. In addition to the falsely advertised parking and shuttle, the room was in a horrible location--right in front of the lobby. There is also no noise insulation and you could hear people in the next room snoring. This hotel is very dated and needs a touch up or more thorough cleaning. Don't waste your time or money, stay somewhere else or just park at the airport and suffer not sleeping well. I have always used Expedia and have never had this trouble before.

Not up to La Quinta standards

Location: good location
Talking on the phone {personal call} sleeping at the front desk. Hotel in poor condition. Ice bucket was so sticky I had to wash it my self.

Cons: elevator would be nice especially if you have extra luggage
Everything worked as expected. It was clean and resonably up to date. We would return if we were in the area again.

Filthy

Room was disgusting, extremely dirty. There were crumbs on the table and bed night stand. The carpet looked as if its never been cleaned. The bathroom reeked of urine as the toilet and floor around the toilet was covered in urine. We changed rooms (no king room available) and, although there was no urine smell, the new room was also disgustingly filthy. The carpets, tiles, and tables were all dirty. The bed sheets were covered in stains. This hotel is, by far, the worst one I've ever stayed at! The bed was comfortable.
