Should close for overhaul

Wi-fi didn't work in my room, bathtub filled to my ankles during a shower, floor under air conditioner soaking wet, room key cards had to be re-activated a couple times a day because of sensitivity to cell phones and credit cards (or so I was told), exterior door access unit did not work on back of the building nearest our room (resulting in lugging baggage around to the front of the building to get in), no fridge in room, bathroom door didn't close completely becuase it was an old pocket door and the carpet around the base of the wall caused a gap in the opening. Is that enough? There's more but, I don't think I need to drag it out any further. This hotel should just shut its doors for a complete overhaul rather than putting guests through the frustration of staying there. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the staff tried to help with where they could and were clearly embarrassed by all of the issues.
