4am breakfast for early Flight departures. Very close to airport yet a quiet hotel. Good hotel for the price.

Good enough

Pros: Good price
Cons: Beds could have been a little more comfortable
Location: Convenient to the airport
Front desk staff were having a venting session about another employee, which was not very professional and did not make for good energy in the lobby.

Older hotel but clean and comfortable

Pros: Bathroom was quite spacious. Lots of parking. Even though it is next to the airport we were not bothered with airport noise and we were on top floor.
Helpful and attentive check in staff and cleaning staff. Room was clean, slept well on their beds. Air conditioner worked very well. Used the pull out sofa and it was very clean and already setup with linens.

Very Nice and Clean Hotel 247. Every Staffbus Very knowledgeable and u- To- Date about environmental and Social Events. Please add Transport Setvices from your Hotel to the Niagara Falls, because Niagara Falls is the Reason we come. Also your Bedroom Pillows need some upgrading. I Choose to Sleep in a Kings Size Bed and expected King Size Pillows. Work towards improving the Pillows. Great Hotel, Staff Sleep Inn.

All the pillows have been changed out less thank three months ago. I will send your information to Choice International on the feedback you sent over. We needed to stay close to the airport as we had an early flight the next morning and Sleep Inn was great! The room was very comfortable and we were able to get breakfast before we boarded the 4:30am shuttle. It's a great place to stay if you need to be at the airport early!

Great location close to airport

Location: Really close to airport
Easy check in and check out. Two minutes to airport. Perfect location for early morning flight. Continental breakfast starts early. Grab a yogurt as you rush to your early morning flight.

Hotel itself is good, but front staffs are'nt

Pros: the hotel is good..clean
Cons: the front desk people has to be more polite and helpful..maybe not all are but some of them needs to be improved
Staffs i think need a customer service trainings on how to deal customers politely. They've been so sarcastic to us. And i don't think thats how you answer back your customer who ask a certain question.Specially to the first time hotel customers. if you are not happy to accommodate the customers questions then you better not work in the front desk. But the staffs in the dinning area are good..very accommodating and welcoming. And very pleasant very helpful.
